Not at all well maintained. Back part of the gardens actually looked like they were used as a junkyard. Kept thinking, "this could be so nice - why don't they get a bunch of volunteers and clean it up and spruce it up?"

I went there on a Friday in early June, no access to the fairgrounds parking lot or to this place, which looked like a teeny oasis amidst a desolated parking lot.
