We purchased a pendant created by Duane Maktima. The owner was kind enough to send us additional information about the silversmith as well as the material that the pendant was made of. This is a high quality shop with authentic pieces at fair prices. Highly recommended.

What an amazing store and staff, we were treated like we were special and important. Everyone took the time to explain to us about the different Turquoise stones available and to explain the different artists that participated in making the jewelry within the store. Thank you so much, I have had lots of complements about my necklace, bracelet, earrings and... More

This is my second visit to this lovely establishment and I really enjoy the knowledge base of the owner and the incredible value of each jewelry piece I've purchased from him. Now I make it a point to visit, chat, and find the one special piece of jewelry to add to my growing collection.

We stayed in Williams as part of the Amtrak vacation to the Grand Canyon. On a free afternoon, we visited this store. There is a wide range of silver jewellery, some inlaid with semi precious stones. It's run by a wonderful young gentleman - he gives you advice about the types of jewellery, but he certainly is not a pushy... More

My husband and I visited Thunder Eagle in Williams AZ this weekend. We went in just to look and found two beautiful bracelets and two rings. Sharif was so helpful and friendly. He explained the different stones and their origins and gave us very useful information on the artists that created the pieces. I have to say that this was... More

I visited this shop 4 years ago, and again this August, 2016. Couldn't wait to come back and shop there again. They have beautiful authentic Native American made jewelry (currently made, not vintage). Most of the jewelry is arranged by color/minerals and some by tribe. They have large pieces, such as Squash Blossom necklaces and cuff bracelets, in addition to... More

My shopping experience at Thunder Eagle was nothing less than perfect. I honestly wasn't looking to buy anything in particular when I stopped in. I'm not a big jewelry fanatic, in fact my wedding bands of 23 years is about all I own. After looking in the store for only a few moments, so many things were catching my eye,... More

The salesman (owner?) was very knowledgeable about the items I asked about. He knew the artists names and what the items were made from. I fell in love with a pendant and he gave me the details about the type of stone and the artist who created it. I wasn't ready to spend any of my limited vacation budget on... More

It has nice things, but most quality items were pretty high. You can find high quality more affordable options outside of national parks and the Flagstaff visitor center. When you buy from a booth you can often meet the creator of the jewelry.
