Nice day trip from Phoenix or Grand Canyon visitors that need a golf fix. Great value for the money. Excellent shape, greens read true and traps are consistent. Challenging from the backs, and for the wife from the fronts. Marshall kept apologizing for slow play and we still finished in <4 hours. Only down is gas carts (just can't stand... More

30 minute drive west of Flagstaff . This is a nice course with a variety of holes and shots. The fairways and greens were in good shape. Plenty of elevation changes. Nothing fancy but good golf and great scenery. Reasonable rates and friendly staff.

Great golf course with a mix of hillside and flatland holes. Trees framing the fairways and some real nice houses around the course. The 18th hole is a long par 3 playing 26 yards less off the card yardage downhill.

Not an easy course for beginners but gorgeous, well maintained and very scenic. Saw a couple of deer and the famous elephant-shaped rocks. Had an early tee time and it was almost chilly in August! Such a treat to play in Northern Arizona instead of in the Phoenix area. Great customer service from the Golf Pro. We highly recommend this... More

Excellent golf course! The course is downhill and uphill through the mountain and meadow. Fairways and greens are always kept in excellent condition. Golf early in the summer because the afternoon clouds and rain start about 3pm.

On our first time playing Elephant Rocks recently, we found the course to be beautiful and in excellent shape. Everyone we came into contact with on the service staff - in the pro shop, the grill room, the course ranger - were fantastic and super friendly. A shout out to the ranger who told us that the greens on 16,... More

This course is fun to play, a little short but some tee shots tight. Greens were a little inconsistent and the bunkers to, some were wet and heavy. The last three are tough. Would play again.

My husband thinks this is 1 of the best in Az esp for the price. Now that Williams has water the course is green again and laid out well. The course is kept up nicely and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful.

Great golf course with mix of new (modern) and old (parkland) holes. Looks like new ownership is trying hard to spruce up an older facility. Great value for the money and a good test for golfers of all abilities

Remember you are at altitude....so you play golf differently...also make sure you drink water and stay hydrated....will have to play this course another time after a day of getting use to the altitude.
