Short climb, some large steps, and open ladders, not a leisurely hike but not too hard either. On a tour you get served coffee and sugar buns at the top.

This very real people. I'm in san pedro and three days ago my buddy was robbed hiking to indian nose during a sunrise tour with a guide! Not worth the risk! Why do these guys get away with this?!
