Me and my fiancé took the class in the morning and really enjoyed it. You make tortillas, beet salad, chicken broth, banana dessert and rose water. The whole experience was amazing but the only point is that it is very expensive ($30 more than easily)

The week long class costs Q750. We prepare a different local recipe everyday that the student will eat afterwards. It takes about one a half hour and it can be at 11am or 5pm. We also have veggetarian options.
