Eding was amazing as a tour guide. He is very knowledgeable on all the animals that corcovado has and he knows how to spot them. He knows what they sound like and knows what each like to eat, it is amazing. If you have the time I highly recommend booking with Eding. He does smaller groups which we prefered. We had a group of four. It is way better because you actually get a chance to see the animals instead of waiting for many others. I highly recommend staying over night. You get way more bang for your buck. Thanks Eding!!!!

He really made our 2 days in Corcovado national park. He knows allot about the flora and fauna and really makes sure that we had a good time. He explained everything really well and has a good knowledge of the English language. Like we have read before on several forums: he is one of the best out there!

Edin's enthusiasm for and expertise in Drake Bay's wildlife are unparalleled. Edin guided my partner and I on a three-day trek through Corcovado National Park, including a two-night stay at Sirena Station in March 2017. Although this was more than a year ago, we can't stop reminiscing about our time and about Edin's incredible guiding. This was my third visit to Corcovado, one of my favorite places in the world, and my partner's first. Months before arriving, Edin helped us navigate through all of the park reservations and travel logistics, which can be very challenging to handle from outside of Costa Rica. Throughout our time in Corcovado, he was full of enthusiasm and energy and dedicated to making sure we were at ease. He knows the park like his own backyard, has a keen eye for spotting wildlife, and is an endless source of facts and stories to pass the occasionally long hours trekking through the jungle. Highlights of the trip included seeing a puma, running across a huge pack of wild boars, and spending time with such a wonderful guide. We'll certainly be reaching out to him again on our next visit!

We recently arranged a trip into Corcovado national park with Edin from Drake Bay Nature, we stayed overnight at the newly refurbished ranger station at Sirena. The ranger station is now privately run and the food is very expensive but a wonderful place to stay with bunk beds with mosquito nets under a roof but no walls so you feel like you are sleeping outside! Edin was very helpful, he met us from the boat when we arrived in Drakes Bay and arranged out accommodation there too. We stayed with a family (Casa Silita), our room was small and basic but conveniently located and only $12 each per night, Edin also arranged for us to go on a snorkelling trip to Isla del Cano before we left Drakes Bay where we saw fish, turtles and dolphins (from the boat). In Corcovado national park Faustino (Edin;s brother) was our guide, he was very knowledgeable, we saw 5 tapir, lots of monkeys, sloths, caiman, peccary, agouti, coati, toucans and other birds and insects. There were just 2 of us, it felt like a very personalised experience, some other groups were much larger, it was lovely being able to explore just us and our guide. Edin was also did his best to help us arrange onward to travel to our next stop. Thanks for a wonderful 2 day trip!
