Do not trust this guy! Old worn out jeep that ran out of gas in the dessert! My wife, myself and 2 of our boys stuck in the 100+ degree heat for 3 hours waiting on the owner, Mark to come pick us up! They barely had any water in the cooler good thing we brought our extra drinks and fruit! The owner's first and apparently only concern was getting his broken down jeep back to town! When Mark finally got there to pick us up he did not even bring waters for us! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

As I posted in response to your other review sorry about the bad experience and that the jeep had a mechanical problem, had I know you were running low on water would have brought some with the replacement jeep, as a result we issued a full refund

Kc was our guide and very knowledgeable about the area. Took us to places we would never be able to see on our own. It was a fun experience for us "City Slickers" They offer many different jeep tours.

I wanted to plan something fun to surprise my hubby while in town for our 20th wedding anniversary. I had everything planned. I had spoken with Mark prior to arriving in town. He met us in town and showed us around the day before our ride. KC was our driver. KC was super knowledgable about the area. He was very personable. It was like meeting up with a friend. We spent several hours riding had a great day enjoying the beautiful weather and countryside. I would absolutely use this company again.

We hesitated to do this because it was the end of our trip, and we'd already spent a lot of money. However, when I called and spoke to the owner, I knew we had to give it a try. KC was our driver/guide, and he was absolutely amazing!! He was very detailed, took us everywhere we wanted to go, and was a wealth of information. He interacted with our 9 year old son like a champ, too! If you are thinking of taking a tour of the area, we highly recommend this tour!

I wanted to see the Touristy Tombstone, but I also wanted to see the countryside around it and take in a ghost town or two. I have to say if our rattletrap vehicle had broken down, I would have probably give this tour a 1. But it didn't and Casey gave us a great overview of the area. We went through the Middlemarch Pass and came out on the other side in the Sulphur Springs Valley. (See I can learn on these trips.) We stopped in Pearce and saw what there was there and then across to Courtland (completely abandoned) and then Gleason. Learned a lot about mining and life in the outback.

Didn't see any ghost towns by half way through the tour. Then our Jeep broke down in the middle of nowhere! Spent 2 and a half hours with no water waiting for the company owner to come get us. We had no water even though I was told they would provide plenty of water for the entire trip. The owner never asked if we were okay, nor did he bring any water when he finally arrived to get us. He was only worried about picking up his broken down crappy Jeep! We were too hot, dusty, and irritated to even finish the tour. And it prevented us from enjoying the rest of our day in Tombstone.

Sorry for your bad experience, the jeep did suffer from a mechanical break down, was unaware there was no water on board otherwise I would have brought some with the jeep sent out to replace the disabled one, as a result of the problem we issued a full refund

Booked a tour for six adults. Showed up and the vehicle they expected six of us to cram into was an old jeep suv.
The far rear seat had zero leg room (for two adults?) and the seat belt didn't work. The vehicle was filthy (candy wrappers, half empty water bottle, dusty/crusty seats, etc.). The driver complained that "kids" had stuck Popsicle sticks in the seat belt mechanism making them unusable.
In short, we weren't too inclined to spend the next 2-3 hours touring the back roads of Tombstone.
This is a fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants operation. Nope!

I understand things happen but this is a time I would leave no stars if I could. I worked to book a Jeep tour for our group for months. I would call/text and the owner would not return them. About two weeks before the business’s computer crashes and they contacted me asking for my details again. I sent it to them and they then proceeded to try to raise the cost by 10.00 per person. I showed them the texts that those were not the terms and asked them to confirm. About 8 hours later they did. With all the back and forth, I suggested to my family that we cancel but we had kids who were excited to do the jeep tour. Two days before, I got a text wanting me to confirm details and I did. No response after that. Our party drove 1.5 hours to show up for the tour. We waited and waited.. finally someone showed up and said the 2nd jeep couldn’t make it due to health reasons and suggested that 1/2 our group go that day and the other 1/2 the next day. We declined as this company had wasted so much of our time so far. No courtesy call or text could have been made to us the day before when the health incident occurred? Poor poor customer service and communication!

Came across Mark's site by accident. He arrived early for our excursion and his jeep was very clean inside. He was so knowledgable, friendly, an excellent driver. My boyfriend and I felt very safe with him. He is passionate about history in and around Tombstone and if you don't take his tour, you are really missing out on some amazing and beautiful scenery, history and just a really fun time. Can't wait to return and do another tour with him. Best part we were able to bring our dog.

I booked this tour for myself and three others for a special New Years outing. We first noticed that the jeep/suv was a rattle trap with paper tags and not at all what was advertised on the website. The driver, Bill offered bottled water from the ice chest in the back. The bottles were dirty, some didn't even have labels. It was as he had used old bottles and refilled them. The first stop was an old jail, which wasn't too bad, quite interesting. After that, the rest of the 2 1/2 hours were ridiculous. Everything he pulled up to was closed for the day, but he told us they were great and the people the day before really enjoyed them. Well, you really shouldn't take bookings on the day all of these places are closed if your tourists can't go inside. The ruins he pulled up to weren't much of anything. We drove and drove and he pointed out things we couldn't even see. At one point he was pointing out cows...well, we have seen cows before and don't need to pay $85 per person to see cows. Truly, don't waste your time and money!!!
We really should receive a refund!!

The Jeep is a Jeep Commander Limited Edition Luxury 4x4 it is by no means a rattle trap. The bottled water is purchased new from our local store and yes sometimes the labels fall off from bouncing around in the ice chest, to suggest we would reuse/refill used bottles is just wrong. As far as other venues being closed, it was late in the afternoon on a Sunday by the time you arrived at these venues because you choose a late afternoon start time, we cannot control when the owners of these establishments open or close. We provided exactly the service as described on our website. I discounted your rate per person from our normal rates at your behest . Sorry that you expected something other than advertised
