This MUST DO is the REAL OK Corral show--don't be fooled by the imposters!
These folks are just so classy and put on a great show. Unfortunately, we got scammed by the other shady show on the other side of town. Don't make that mistake! You cannot buy these tickets online (the other show has online sales and deceptive wording). Also, the other people post "actors" in town to try to steal business from the legit show by harassing people into going to the other show when they know everyone comes for this show. Anyways... these people were awesome and they put on a really fun show. When we told them what happened with the other place, they responded that it happens often, apologized (even though it was not their fault!) and even comp'd one of our tickets after the other place gave us attitude and the runaround about a refund (which we never got). Go inside with a little extra time to explore all the cool stuff they have, get yourself a popcorn and soda, and enjoy the show! It's great and the actors even take extra time to pose for lots of pics on the street before the show and in the performance area after. This is a MUST in Tombstone!
A competing gunfight show called Old Tombstone continues to mislead visitors despite our complaints to the City of Tombstone and the Mayor. We're sorry for the confusion.

    Well worth the drive
The museum is easy to find on Allen Street. One ticket (currently $10) grants you access to the reenactment of the infamous gunfight, admission to the museum itself (which includes a 25-minute presentation about Tombstone's history), and a copy of the Epitaph that covered the details of the gunfight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any place I have ever been that offered as much value as this one museum ticket provided.

    Great Gunfight Show!
These guys are wonderful actors who bring the experience of the shoot out at the OK Corral to life in a fun and engaging live show that really entertains. The historic displays and blacksmith were fun and informative as well. We really enjoyed this attraction.

Well worth the time & money
Excellent reenactment! The actors are terrific and made this a really fun attraction. The exhibits before the reenactment were very interesting and informative. We bought tickets that allowed us to tour the replica of the Epitaph newspaper too. That was fascinating.

Great Depiction and Reenactment of the famous gun fight!
This is a fun place to watch the reenactment of the famous gunfight. Very informative, funny, and well acted show. The cast is very talented and you can get pictures with them following the show for no extra cost. Audience participation is fun, If you can only go to one reenactment in Tombstone, this is the one!

    Best Reenactment in Tombstone
The site of the OK Corral historic shoot out is reenacted in about a 30-minute show throughout the day. It is mainly a serious presentation. The cost is $10 (no discounts). You get access to viewing stand covered by a shade sail. Pictures can be taken during the presentation and afterwards with the actors. The grounds contain a few other historical artifacts. The statues of the real participants are posed outside for additional photo opportunities. There is a nice gift store with many reasonably priced souvenirs. This is a must do stop on your trip to Tombstone.

    Fun at the OK Corral
Okay, you know this is going to be an entertaining show rather than a history lesson, and it was. About a half hour show, actors explained before hand a bit of the historical background and the show was on. The audience was encouraged to participate by booing the “bad” guys and cheering the “good” guys, and that all helped provide an enjoyable experience. It was fun. Admission also included admission to the OK Corral museum, and free historical newspapers at the newspaper museum. I think it was well worth the $10 admission price.

    Great show
Really enjoyed the theatrical performance at the OK Corral. At around 25 minutes long it's the perfect length imo, and the actors were both very funny and very personable both before and after the show. It's got to be a grueling gig to do that same performance multiple times a day every day in the sun, but they really made it entertaining, especially by goading the audience and incorporating real world events (like staring down a helicopter passing overhead for example) into their patter. The story is simplified and maybe not altogether accurate, but seeing the show, the museum and real gunfight location are well worth the price of admission.

    Interesting stop in Tombstone
We stopped in Tombstone in April for a couple hours and watched the show. The actors were entertaining and there was a lot of history to the show. The seating was in the shade and it lasted about 30 minutes. For the price ($10 each) you can’t really complain but it was a little corny.

You Can’t Visit Tombstone and Not Do This
The town of Tombstone prides itself on the 30-second gunfight that happened at the O.K. Corral in 1881, so there was no way we were going to miss it during our one afternoon in town. For $10, the O.K. Corral ticket includes the Historama historical show, some period museum exhibits and a reenactment of the gunfight itself. See the Historama before the gunfight for the context. Note that Tombstone attractions are set up to be able to stack them. We arrived in town with enough time to take the Good Enough Mine Tour ahead of our O.K. Corral showtimes, then capped off the day with an early dinner at Big Nose Kate’s Saloon. It’s all in good fun - just do it.

We didn't hate our experience, but we could have skipped it all the same. The reenactment show was geared more toward kids than a true historical perspective. We did enjoy the historical displays in the corral, the Fly photo gallery, etc. We felt rushed getting in. We were in line for a while and 5 minutes before showtime the clerk was more interested in helping people buying souvenirs instead of getting tickets to those wanting to go to the show (we weren't at the front of the line for getting to the show either). The ticket price includes .the OK Corral Historic Complex, Historama (next door), and a free copy of the 1881 reprint of The Tombstone Epitaph newspaper with the original reports of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. We ended up not going to the historama as we ran out of time after prioritizing places we wanted to visit. I definitely enjoyed the free paper; read every word of it. Great historical perspective

The museum is fine but this review includes that and the blacksmith who screwed me over on some custom pieces. I ordered 2 custom knives on June 28th that were suppose to be ready within 2 to 3 weeks. I wanted to give these as a gift to my brother for a trip we were taking to Alaska in Mid September. The blacksmith never finished the knives even though one week prior to the trip he said they would be done and even emailed me some pictures and said he would at least have one ready. 3 months he had to make these and it ruined things for me. On top of that, no one at the store had his contact info and it took me many weeks just to get contact info. The town is great but I would stay away from this place. I never plan on going back because of the experience and I made sure to tell about 15 people I know what happened.

This show is filled with humor for adults and filled with enough entertainment for children as well. It is a great reenactment of the historical gun Fight in the original OK Corral. The actors did a tremendous job at portraying The Original Characters while telling the story of the Old west. I really liked the humor the Character Morgan brought to the show while placing the bad guys in Jail. Super Funny, would definitely watch this show again.

Spent the entire day, Tuesday, Feb. 11th in Tombstone. Came all the way from Texas.
Our party had a great lunch at Big Nose Kate's, GREAT waiter, left a sizable tip, took the tour at the Bird Cage, took the trolley tour, took the grave site tour, spent quite a bit at 3 shops, about $2,000 for the day. Everything was GREAT, except the OK Corral.
The guy selling tickets to the gunfight reenactment would not allowed us look through a window to see the gunfight sight, unless we bought tickets....to a show we weren't going to see because we were trying to make our flight.
$20 per couple to look through a window. Pathetic.

You wasted our staff's time trying to see something for free. In any case, the site of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral is not visible from any of the windows of the O.K. Corral ticket office since it is in another part of the historic complex altogether. And you could have skipped the Gunfight Reenactment and bought a cheaper ticket good only for admission to the Gunfight Site.

The shootout is the reason Tombstone is such a tourist town. That makes the OK Corral a must see attraction. It was a fun time. For $10 you get the reenactment, tour of the site at your own pace, yard to practice roping a steer (spent a long time here), museum, historama presentation on the area and tour of the newspaper with free souvenir papers reporting on the shootout. Our whole family had a fun.

I’ve been to Tombstone many times and have watched the re-enactment at the OK Corral over the years with 5 different cast members. This most recent trip on October 3, 2021, was by FAR the BEST cast and show! Not to say that the other casts and show weren’t also 5 star but this one was exceptional!! It was my husband’s first trip to Tombstone and he LOVED IT! Cannot recommend this show enough. It is a definite “MUST SEE” attraction. The town in general is a must travel to place. Don’t let the cost of any one tourist attraction sway you from doing it, (all totally reasonably priced BTW) they are all well worth it, especially if you are enthralled in the least by history. Already planning our next trip and yes we will watch this show again. 😊

The performance was entertaining and funny considering the subject matter. Audience was encouraged to cheer/clap for the Earps and to boo/hiss for the bad guys. At one point I looked up from where I was sitting and noticed a boy hanging from a tree branch just the other side of the privacy fence. He was enjoying a free show from 20 feet up :)

My wife and I enjoyed our time in Tombstone! The highlight was the Shootout at the OK. Yes it was loud, it was a shootout with guns (and blanks) but that is part of the fun.The actors were very knowledgeable about the people they portrayed.  My wife and the actor that played Doc, had a conversation about Doc's life before Tombstone.  Doc Holiday and my wife's ancestors have connections with Doc Holliday.  He was from Griffin GA. and so was the family of my wife.  Family history has mention of helping Doc when he got in trouble in Griffin. As for the rest of Tombstone, it is well worth the time and cost.

This was just plain fun. Who doesn’t love the drama and suspense of a western shoot-out? The actors put some effort into staying historically accurate, but primarily focused on encouraging audience participation. Highly recommended!

Lots of fun, and things to see and do around there. Really need to be able to appreciate the old west and the time period when this happened. The re-enactment is pretty good with the actors playing to the crowd. you can see the whole town in about 3 hours.
