This a cool rock gym that has super-helpful staff to teach and guide you your first or second time through. There are many walls but most are beyond beginner level. The only... read more

We take the whole family there for a fun day of climbing. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you know how to use the equipment safely before letting you go on your own. Many different ability levels can be accommodated. This place is great for anyone. We take our boys who were 4 and 7 when... More

First time rock climbing. This was inexpensive, fun, and a definite workout. $13. per person, $5.00 to rent equipment, shoes, and harness for all day. Safety was stressed from the beginning. A general waiver to sign, watch a video, for first time watchers, it seemed like a high expectation to put that type of safety on a novice. Then, an... More

I came across a Groupon for this rock gym and was excited to try this place out. I went on a Thursday and expressed that my group of 4 are here on a Groupon. In my opinion, the staff did not seem to be exactly thrilled to hear this and told me they do not honor Groupons on Tuesdays and... More

This a cool rock gym that has super-helpful staff to teach and guide you your first or second time through. There are many walls but most are beyond beginner level. The only draw back I have is there is no A/C, so in monsoon season this place can be hot and sweaty. Pre-teens and teens are the perfect age for... More

This gym is really cool and filled with potential. The ropes were really sticky and needing upgrading when we went. This place was absolutely packed with people and no AC in AZ is ROUGH! So many cool walls and routes to choose from. It would be better with less staff interaction. It can be frustrating where safety is a main... More

Been going here on and off for 10+ years. It's like a second home. Summers are brutal, though. A/C would be a really nice addition.

We had been talking about getting out to the rock gym for a while and then decided to give it a try. I was excited when walking in and seeing all the different walls I could venture upon and everyone was so welcoming and willing to help the minute I had any question. I am so excited to return to... We ventured here because of a deal we found on groupon. It had been years since we rock climbed, so I'd consider us newbies. The staff was funny and friendly- as were other "regular" climbers. The gym felt small to the eye but had a ton of walls and routes to do. After watching a safety video, an instructor gave... More

The great thing about this place is that they rent all the gear you need and they give you an orientation if it is your first time. Everyone there is so nice and compared to other rock climbing gyms in Phoenix, this one has great prices! There are many different difficulties for people who or beginning or advanced. If you're...
