We love doing these trips. This was our third time. We have done the water to wine trip twice and the longer trip once. The water to wine trip gives you a credit to spend at the winery. They have good wines and great cheese plates to enjoy! We love thee trips because they are small groups and you are... More

This was a guided (2 guides) kayak trip for close to 2 hours on the Verde River to a winery. Loads of fun. The price includes a credit at the winery so it covered the tasting and a cheese/fruit/cracker plate. And they had great gluten free crackers. The guides were knowledgeable and very good. While my daughter had kayaking experience... More

The drive from Sedona to the meeting spot (it's actually by Camp Verde even though it's called "Sedona Adventure Tours") takes about 45 minutes, but give yourself an hour just in case. You'll be paddling your kayak down the Verde River. My wife and I took the half-day kayaking trip. I was worried that it'd be too hot, but we... More

This is an UNGUIDED tour. I missed the place I was supposed to get off during tubing because the shuttle driver was not waiting to guide us in, like he said he would. There were signs but it wasn't clearly obvious where to get off. I went a long way down the Verde Valley River, not realizing it. I learned... More

Sorry, for all the worry you must have been distracted when you arrived at the tubing take out and missed it. We have this well marked starting up stream with signs indicating “Tubing Run Ends 100 Yards, Tubing Run Ends 50 Yards”, then at the take out beach we have several signs in the trees and by the river “End... We had a very enjoyable half day kayaking! No kayaking experience necessary, and the leisurely pace makes the trip accessible for those who are hesitant in the water. Recommended for those visiting the Sedona area!

There was a lot of confusion when we tried to make our reservation.....we received a lot of misinformation before finally making our reservation. We were told to arrive at 12.30 for a 1.00 kayaking...when we arrived, they looked at us like we were nuts...said we were supposed to show up at 1 or 1.15 for a 2.00 kayaking... slightly annoying... My wife and I are experienced kayakers but we wanted a tour, a group experience, and we liked the idea of wine tasting at the end. This was the "Water to Wine" trip. Craig our guide was great. Enjoyed the 3 other couples on the trip too. The Verde River is a treasure of quiet riparian lushness. We saw great... More

A "Do it yourself river trip" is advertised on the website. Since we have our own paddling gear, we initially called to get some information about which river section would be suitable to run in the Sedona area and to arrange a shuttle service. The female I spoke with was very helpful. I called again the next day to reserve... More

Sorry, after speaking with our reservations agents it seemed this exact same phone call was fielded over the course of several days with the same questions. We suggested that due to lack of river knowledge and the proper equipment to provide you with any of our rentals and shuttles services and where never able to confirm any reservation of some... We had a 3 night stay in Sedona and have never been before. The water to wine adventure looked really cool and we were very much looking forward to it. We booked it 2 months in advance. The day came and we got there 15 minutes early. As we walked into the vineyard I got an email 10 minutes before... More

Yikes, so sorry this happened. We began sending emails, making phone calls and send text to you the night before asking you to call us as we did not have the minimum at that time. We know from experience that when people are on holiday they sometimes disconnect from all the technology and miss some of the information coming through.... More
