Fantastic hidden gem - amazing collection of Native American artwork and quality craft works. Very knowledgeable staff, able to explain the origins and meanings and history. Above and beyond helpful, packed our purchase perfectly for transport home. Check out the stores in town but come to Kachina House for your purchase.

My son and I were visiting the area and were hoping to purchase authentic kachinas and other Native American items. The kachina house was recommended in several places and so we visited. It was a wonderful visit. There are many kinds of authentic and beautiful Native American items for all collectors and those simply looking for an incredible souvenir of the region. We particularly enjoyed the excellent service from the owners who took time to greet us and describe the items and their place in Native American culture. We found several great items - just the kind for which we had hoped. The price was surprisingly good for this quality and authenticity - and they shipped the items across country for me. The shipping cost was simply what it cost them and they first found the lowest price. Our items arrived in a few days well packed and secure. I hope to be able to visit again sometime. It was the highlight of our southwest vacation. If you're in Sedona (or anywhere near it) don't miss this treasure!

Kachina House is a must do on our trips to Sedona. Not only do they have so many amazing things , the ladies are extremely knowledgeable about everything in their store. I plan annual women's weekends in Sedona and my repeat ladies look forward to Kachina house and adding to their collections they’ve started from their first visits.
Every trip I am happy to see this place is still around. So many stores come and go in Sedona , but theirs is still not only open but full of beautiful merchandise and fantastic customer service .

Greetings!

Earlier this week, I walked into Kachina House to explore and to pick out a gift for my wife. Her spirit animal is the white bear. Judy helped me find the perfect gift, a Calvert Bowwanie carved alabaster Zuni fetish bear. I was extremely impressed by Judy's encyclopedic knowledge of all of the pottery, Kachinas, and carvings. I shared some of that knowledge with Tia, and we are both very excited to visit your shop again next time we're in Sedona!

Kachina House is a wonderful oasis for Native American art, culture, and knowledge!

We came upon Kachina House while looking for a birthday gift for our mom. We had an idea of what we wanted to get her but needed some direction in picking out the perfect gift. As soon as we entered the store, we were promptly greeted by one of the co-owners, while another co-owner assisted us in finding a personalized gift for our mother. Toby was so helpful and intuitive to what we were looking for, it was like she knew our mother! Their store was filled with so many traditional and authentic pieces, we ended up getting gifts for ourselves as well! The store was just as charming as its three owners! We definitely had a wonderful experience and plan to come back with our mom!

This is far more than a shop with authentic Native American arts! We got a tour of the building and an explanation of the which tribe created the art, how it was created, and what cultural meaning was ascribed to the creation. The storyteller Navajo pottery, which represented grandparents passing down the oral history of the tribe, were amazing. They also have an amazing collection of modern and traditional Zuni carvings. Stop by, and ask questions - you will learn so much!

This is an amazing place. You will not find any other authentic native treasures in Sedona except here. Besides having beautiful hand made Kachina dolls they have pottery, pipes, drums and jewelry. The ladies who operate this house are very knowledgeable and able to tell you the meanings of the art and native pieces.

I highly recommend this wonderful gem of a place! We stopped by one day and then came back again before we left town in order to match some earrings with a necklace. They are nice to work with, knowledgeable, and have some beautiful items. Prices are good and fair. (I did purchase a necklace.). The pottery, kachinas, and jewelry are all authentic, and they know their artists. I had an enjoyable time browsing, learning, and buying. Will definitely come back the next time I am in the area!
