It was organized from the very beginning when we booked it. Our driver, Bob, was punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. He was amazing!

Peggy was extremely easy to work with on planning our 2 tours. She is very knowledgeable of the area and provided us with some great non-tour related info. Mark and Bob were excellent tour guides, very accommodating and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable with asking questions and asking them to show us specific items along the tour, stop for picture opportunities, etc. We highly recommend this company!!!

I have to say Peggy the office person saved this review from a much lower rating. She responded to my questions quickly. What gives this review a 3 star was our private tour guide. Nice guy but we learned more about his life experiences than about the sites we visited. He didn’t give us information unless we asked him. The ride back was in total silence. I had higher expectations since other reviewers had good things to say about their guide. For the price we paid we could’ve driven ourself and gotten more information on the internet about the sites we saw than from our guide.

We are so sorry the tour did meet all of your expectations. It is so unusual for our guides to receive anything but rave reviews. I do not know which guide you had so cannot determine what was going on. All I can say is we would love to have you back for another excursion to show you how wonderful we are.

We decided to do the Sedona Half Day tour as this was our first time in Sedona. Our guide was Dennis and he was great! We stopped at Cathedral Rock, Boynton Canyon and Airport Mesa and took awesome pictures. We went to Village of Oak Creek, West Sedona and Uptown. Dennis even showed us the local wineries. It was a super way to become familiar with the area. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I actually did two separate day tours with this company - a day trip to the Grand Canyon and then a combination tour of Sedona and Jerome. We had the same guide for both days - Richard - and he was outstanding. First of all, he was a great driver, which is not a small thing since we were in the vehicle for hours over two days. Second (or really, probably first), he was a great person - very kind, caring, and 100% focused on personalizing the tours for our wants and needs. The tours themselves were wonderful, but we also really enjoyed the time with Richard, including lunch together on both days. It felt like visiting a friend or family member in Sedona who wanted you to see as much as possible and hoped you would love the area as much as he does. As to the tours, Richard made it simple for us to see everything we wanted (and many things that we didn't know we wanted based on his professional recommendations, which were all spot on). In addition, because we had time constraints for the Sedona/Jerome day, he gave us a list of additional "must see" sites in Sedona with timing and parking recommendations for us to visit on our own as we had time. I also have to mention Peggy, the dispatcher/coordinator, who did a fantastic job of communicating the various itineraries to us and worked to customize our Sedona/Jerome tour to meet our timing needs. Bottom-line, treat yourself to a tour (or tours) with this group. You will love it!
