This was a tour my 10 year old daughter picked for our trip. She was on cloud 9. We all learned so much. She was able to work the telescope which thrilled her. It was a beautiful evening and the staff was wonderful. Really enjoyed our night.

This was informative and fun. We wore shorts and short sleeves. We (the parents) were comfortable, but the teens were cold. A light jacket would have been nice.

Our astronomer and assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was exciting to use individual telescopes with GPS to find the sky formations we were looking at and when there was down time (or constellations became apparent), the astronomer used a laser pointer to show us items in the night sky visible to the eye. A little on the pricey side, but worth it if you aren't from an area where you can see stars so easily. I went at the end of May and needed a jacket!

An amazing experience on a beautiful night! With the help of astronomer Dan and his assistant Claudette, we were taught how to operate our own auto telescope to view planets, galaxies, dwarf stars, cluster of stars, and constellations and also learned a lot! We were also provided our own pair of binoculars but we had a lot more fun with the telescope. Really fun experience!
