We reserved and paid for 2 Razors over the phone. The voice on the other end was kind and welcoming. We were told to be there at 12:30. When we arrived at the appointed time the next day we were not treated like customers when we asked questions about the start time, for which we asked for a slightly later start time for the 4 hours. The lady was rude to us regarding our request during red tape preliminaries, and accused my wife of being argumentative after we had already put down about $3,700 for rental and insurance. My wife was was in no way argumentative. The big straw boss interceded during our transaction, and loudly told us to leave the premises. We asked him what we did wrong, since we had rented there at least 4 years in a row in the past. He just kept shouting for us to leave, so I had to ask for a refund. This is not how you treat any customers, let alone repeat customers. The silver lining to this was that we went to Outback ATV a few blocks down the highway and were treated with respect, kindness, great service. They could not have been nicer to us, and we had a great experience.
