Came to Sedona to take in all of its beauty. No better way than get in a fully capable Jeep and head out. Being from the midwest I couldn't wait to get a little dust on the tires and do a little rock climbing. If...More

We rented a jeep for 4 hours to explore Sedona. Barlow's was so friendly and easy to deal with. They gave us a brand new jeep, which made us a bit nervous. We didn't want to put its first scratch on it. My husband and...More

My husband and I took a quick weekend getaway to Sedona and wanted to see the beautiful scenery by Jeep. It was quite hot and so renting an air conditioned Jeep was a smart choice. Pete and Mary were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and spent...More

This was the highlight of our trip. The vehicle was great and the high quality tires allowed us to rock crawl and also cruise on the highway even with low pressure. Riley gave us great directions and maps which gave us great views of Canyonlands....More

Expect to pay north of $400 for a 24 hour rental. We split the cost with another couple and felt it was well worth it. The 2018 Rubicon was immaculate and the staff was super. No problem to have 2 drivers and the 4 door...More

The staff is friendly, very helpful with explaining the trails etc and getting you on your way. Is it a good value? Well, no, it's really horribly expensive for what is really nothing more than a rental car with limited mileage. But you are renting...More

This was one of the highlights of our trip. I never imagined I would drive a Jeep over the obstacles that the trails of Sedona threw at us.....and the Jeep handled it with ease. As others have said, the rental is a little pricey but...More

Pink Jeep Tour or self guided Jeep (2 Replies)
My husband and I are planning (our first) trip to Sedona mid August. I have been reading about all the different jeeps tours. I see that Pink Jeep Broken Arrow is HIGHLY recommended, but I was also looking at Barlow Jeep Rentals. They got excellent reviews and you get to have your own jeep all day and they provide maps of different trails. Both would be similar costs but PJ is 3-hrs, and Barlow you keep the jeep for the whole day. Maybe 3-hrs looking at the red rocks is long enough.....More

Guided jeep tours in Sedona aren't just about looking at red rocks for three hours. The tours are a unique combination of information, entertainment scenic wonders and thrills. The guides are highly trained. If all they did was drive you around, they would not be in business. If you are an experienced off road vehicle driver, you can indeed rent from Barlow and get to the same places that the jeep tours would take you, and then some. But you'd be doing it without the benefit of well...More
