I was relaxed just walking in the door. Amanda did a reading and a fantastic massage . She was truly connected to the spirits and knew what I was experiencing. I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and peacefulness. Hats off to Amanda and staff. Karen.

My overall experience from check in to check out was welcoming and warm. The spa itself is beautiful and cozy. So many fantastic products. I had a beautiful Cranio Sacral experience with Aileen. And I would highly recommend her. I’m a huge fan of Cranio Sacral. It always helps reset me. Which she definitely reset me. Thank you Aileen. She hinted I should try the TMJ jaw massage. I think she is right. I will be back. 🥰

I had a lovely time at this spa. Very peaceful and quiet. My massage with Mara was wonderful! She had some cool techniques that I've never experienced. And I also had a nice time with my pedicurist (I believe her name is Stephanie). She did a great job can was fun to talk to.

The salon is small but inviting and comfortable. I experienced a 90 minute massage with Kat who was amazing!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this after a long hiking day. I hope to return to Sedona in the spring and I will definitely return for another massage!

Words cannot fully express, how satisfied and happy I am at my two treatments at this spa. I got a body treatment and a facial. My body treatment was the best body treatment I have ever had, and I have been to spas all over the Caribbean and Europe and the United States. I did the moisturizing body wrap, which was just like heaven on earth. Mara was my masseuse and she was simply incredible. Bianca did my facial and I cannot rave enough about what excellent treatments I received. I work very hard and having a very relaxing treatment such as my friends, and I received at this facility was nirvana. If I ever come back to Sedona, I will book more than one day at this wonderful spa. The staff was accommodating and professional and the facility offers everything you could possibly want in a spa.

My boyfriend and I went to Sedona’s New Day Spa for a couples massage. Aileen performed a deep tissue massage on my boyfriend while Mary performed a Swedish massage on me. The experience was extremely tranquil. The massage therapists were phenomenal, the front staff was amazing, and we even met one of the owners (Peter) who was a pleasure to talk to. The inside waiting area can feel a little crowded at times, however the fire pit was just what we needed after the massages. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience during your time in Sedona, we highly recommend Sedona’s New Day Spa.

This spa is absolute perfection! Every little touch is gorgeous and the environment is magically serene. I had the Southwest Steam Experience with Mercedes and though it might sound dramatic I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life! It was relaxing and beautiful but also pushed boundaries as guests are invited to release toxins (and toxic energy) through this journey. Mercedes does an amazing job of guiding the process and works very intuitively. Her bodywork is powerfully healing and I felt completely restored afterward. This phenomenal experience goes beyond body and mind connecting us with our spirit. I recommend this to anyone who wants to leave feeling harmonious internally and with life!!

My friends and I went on a girls trip to Sedona this week and we had the most amazing experience at the New Day Spa. They have every detail covered from start to finish so it feels like a relaxing experience throughout. While we waited for our appointments, we waited in a outdoor oasis area that had a hot tub and cushy lounge chairs. I chose the Prickly Pear Body Treatment and it was incredible. This was my first time getting this service and Noelle was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed after I was done and would definitely recommend it! We all ended our services with a refreshing mimosa which was an added bonus!

Had a WONDERFUL time at the New Day Spa! The owners, Pete and Jill, are lovely and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I had the Prickly Pear Pomegranate Desert Body Treatment (with Mercedes), and it was fantastic! A full body massage with Sedona flair. I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed and serene. Afterward, I was treated to a mimosa and fresh brewed tea, and given some free "parting gifts" from the spa shop. Perfect way to end our stay in Sedona. Would definitely come back!

This spa experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapists really took into account your individual needs and provided a most relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Owners Pete and Jill could not be more welcoming as well. We really felt special and relaxed at the end of our Sedona adventure!!
