Band was great and buffet was extensive. They also had two cartoonists on the balcony who were great. Bar staff were lovely and quick service given group size of 360.

We contracted The Venue for a corporate holiday party and everything after the signed contract and deposit went awry. They changed ownership and closed their doors for multiple months without telling us. Two weeks before our event, someone from their Las Vegas location finally got involved. On the day of, it was a nightmare. All of the staff, including the general manager, had never worked an event there and everyone was running around aimlessly. The food and bar service/quality was poor and lacked professionalism. The rooftop hadn't been opened in years and the bar ceiling was leaking. After addressing the issues with the owner after the event, he was extremely rude and apathetic of our experience.
