I was responsible for coordinating a team event and dinner. When I contacted AZ Desert Events they were extremely accommodating with our last minute request. They were able to pick us up in 3 off road vehicles and take us on our desert adventure.
The tour was full of comedy, little known facts, as well as some easy hiking as we learned how vast the Sonoran desert ecosystem is.
The last part of the evening was at the camp site where we were greeted with an open bar that had a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices. When they told me they had some of the best pork ribs, they weren't kidding! The meat was perfectly cooked and falling off the bone. Don't worry, they provided plenty of nakpkins and wet towels for clean up. The nigh was a pleasant ending with conversation around the campfire as we roasted marshmallows.
I will definitely be using AZ Desert Events again!

We booked a private tour with AZ Desert Events for my hsuband's birthday. Doreen was fantastic from the start - recommending other things to do while we were on vacation in the Phoenix area. Our tour guide was Roseanne and she was terrific! She was funny, knowledgeable and didn't make us feel rushed to go from one thing to another. She told us some history while blending in modern day discoveries and environment to what we were seeing.I would definitely recommend this tour!
Thank you for an awesome experience that we are still talking about a week later!

We had a 30 person company event here. Every aspect of it was awesome. Great food, activities, and especially staff. The logistics went exactly as planned with hatchet throwing, archery, and bean bags a huge hit. Steaks were tender and tasty. Not a complaint from anyone in the group.

My friend an I really enjoyed our recent "Nature Historical Jeep Tour" offered by AZ Desert Events on Saturday morning, February 13. Our guide met us at a convenient location since we were sharing the ride with another couple. All along the drive to the Sonoran Desert and on our walk through the desert our guide entertained us with historical and interesting information and legends about the area. We especially liked learning about the various cactus plants we saw and how they were used by the Native Americans. There was plenty of time for photo opportunities. As we entered the desert area, the road was like riding on a roller coaster and quite jarring and bumpy when we were on the desert trails..which added to the fun. But our driver made sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. We were offered water and snack packs of crackers also. What an entertaining and educational way to experience the desert!

Doreen, the owner was very helpful and accomodating when booking our tour. Our group of 45 were picked up at the hotel for our afternoon off road tour. The jeep drivers/guides were very professional, friendly and knowledgable about the Sonoran desert. The jeeps are clean and spacous as well. After the jeep tour they took us to a remote desert location for a cowboy cookout complete with campfires, margaritas, live music, BBQ and s'mores! My staff had a great time and we look forward to doing it again next year!

I recently held a 4 day corporate conference in Scottsdale, with different evening entertainment every night. All were great but the best by far was our Desert Cook-out. Everyone still talks about it as the highlight of the trip. Doreen and her group could not have been more professional and lovely to work with. They even organized the buses to take us to and from the ranch. The food, the guitarist, the setting sun and rising moon, the camp fires - it was magical. My 100+ group did not want to get back on the bus to leave! They came away with wonderful memories of a very special experience. Great for team building - thanks Doreen!

Our daughter recently was married in Scottsdale, Arizona but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. When we told all of our friends of the wedding in Arizona they were so excited for none had been there. We wanted them to enjoy the beautiful Arizona scenery so we arranged for Arizona Desert Events to bring a convoy of their Jeeps to our hotel, The Saguaro, and pick up 52 excited guests for a 4 hour tour of the Sonoran Desert. This was led by the most knowledgeable people in authentic Cowboy gear and Native American apparel. They told us tales; history; explained the different cacti; and then they sang and we laughed and enjoyed ourselves immensely. After the wedding many of our guests told us that besides the wedding the Jeep Tour was the best part of the weekend!! It was a photographers dream and a must see on everyones list when they come to Arizona....from a one jeep private tour to a convoy, Arizona Desert Events knows how to do it right!!!
