Segway of Scottsdale Tours was established in 2005. Since then we have been the only Authorized Segway tour company and dealership in the state of Arizona. This year in 2018, we are excited to celebrate our 14 year anniversary of providing Scottsdale Segway tours and dealer sales. We are proud to say that we are currently the largest Segway tour company in the American Southwest. ​ For many years, we have been the only Authorized Segway tour company and dealership in the state of Arizona. This year in 2019, we are excited to celebrate our 14 year anniversary of providing Scottsdale Segway tours and dealer sales. We are proud to say that we are currently the largest Segway tour company in the American Southwest as well. Also, Segway of Scottsdale Tours is the only Segway touring company in Scottsdale that has a brick and mortar location, which should indicate to you that we are the leaders in the Segway tour market here in Scottsdale.

Great way to get an overview of Scottsdale

Even if you are a resident of Scottsdale of the area...this was a great way to see and hear the history of Scottsdale and current happenings. With a Segway you get to traverse a wider area of the city hitting some important landmarks. I wish I had done this tour a year earlier. Tour guide was knowledgeable and the pace worked well.

A pleasant segway tour of Scottsdale

We very much enjoyed our Segway tour of old city and the surrounding area with Segway of Scottsdale. Our guide Juan was kind and caring. He made sure we are all safe during the ride and pointed out landmarks and the sites of beautifully renovated tourist area. He was accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. We would have enjoyed more historical depth and knowledge in the presentation but overall we had a wonderful experience. Segway is such a great way to tour a new area and the weather was cooperative and beautiful.

This truly is one of the best ways to see a city. You feel as free as a bird, but you are still on the ground.
The company was outstanding. Everything was so timely. Their training was a video plus in-person - must say one of the best yet. Bravo to the company.

Tour Guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable of the area, and you could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing, and sharing his knowledge of the city. Loved the fact that he realized that we needed a few breaks to rest our feet. He was also super accommodating when at "photo - ops".

This tour was 2 hours but would have loved another hour, as there are so many things to see in Scottsdale. Love the artwork they have around the city.

I encourage you all to experience this when in Scottsdale.

Best tour for the price and a great way to see Scottsdale

We did a 2.5 hour E bike tour with JR and he was amazing. He was very informative and we learned our way around town and a lot about Scottsdale as well. The price point of this your and what it offered was amazing. On our 10 day visit with over 6 tours taken this one by far was the best and the price point was amazing. I would strongly recommend this tour. Bikes were also high end bikes. Great tour. Thanks JR!!!

Informative and fun!

Our tour guide Hunter was great at getting us acquainted comfortably and safely with operating a Segway. The tour itself was very fun and enjoyable. I loved learning about the local history, restaurant cuisines and trivia. I would highly recommend Segway of Scottsdale.

Disappointed!! Should have be better but it wasn't.

We took the segway tour in early March on a perfect sunny afternoon. Our expectation of the tour was that it would be similar to other rides we had in Tampa Bay and Seattle. Those trips were scenic tours in and around the Downtown core and along the waterfront of both cities. What we had in Scottsdale was a knowledgeable young guide who gave us the Chamber of Commerce run. To explain further, it seemed like we stopped in front of businesses that likely paid a sponsorship to have their name mentioned with a positive review. Initially, we thought the guide was being helpful in letting us know which restaurants were good and which shops had certain type of deals but by the end, we realize it was a promotional tour. It was suppose to be a 90 minute ride but it was barely over a hour on the segway and this is not including a 20 minute bathroom/shopping break by the 4 Horses fountain. Furthermore, the distance we travelled was about a 1/3 to a 1/2 of our previous experience in the other cities. The only thing that could have made it worse was if we were forced to listen to a timeshare seminar along the way. Lol. Very disappointed with the outcome as it definitely did not meet our expectations. As experienced riders, it was not our first rodeo. First time riders may view it differently.

Amazing Christmas adventure

We did the Christmas lights tour and had a blast. After watching an informational video we practiced riding in the parking lot then off to see the Christmas lights of Scottsdale!! We all had helmets with reindeer antlers on and our segways had lights on them!! It was ridiculously fun!! The weather was great and seeing everything lit up put you in the Christmas spirit. We stopped in Old town and got to wander around the lights and sip hot chocolate!! Our guide whose name I unfortunately forgot was GREAT!!! I highly recommend this adventure!!!

Segway Success!!!

My family went on a segway ride/tour in Scottsdale AZ on New Years Day (2020) and had a blast! We were a little nervous because we had never done one. our tour guide Juan was FABULOUS!!! We had a blast! Our tour guide showed us some really cool stuff and we got to have fun while doing it!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour in Scottsdale AZ.

Awesome time but...

Great time without a doubt but ensure you are not tired or have improper shoes. Balance is easy but important on the segways so the right shoes are key: tennis shoes. Also our team leader Colin was great, he made the day fun and exciting. I would also wear long pants in the unlikely event you fall since you are pavement. This is a great way to see old town Scottsdale in under two hours and learn a lot of history! Do this!!

Great tour!

Our family of 6 adults had a great tour with Juan! He was so knowledgeable and fun. He gave us many tips for places to eat and sights to see. We did the tour on our first day in Scottsdale and found many things we wanted to back and see. Thanks Juan for a fun filled time!
