It was our guide Walker Remington who really made this a very special unforgettable experience. His extensive knowledge of the desert particularly the different cactus and his entertaining delivery enhanced our appreciation of the area’s unique beauty especially at sunset. My 8 and 12 year old grandkids were fascinated and later enjoyed recounting many of the interesting facts Walker shared.
Initially concerned about a bumpy ride, the jeep tour was an unexpected treat visually brilliant and easy on the back,

Went on a BYOB desert jeep tour at sunset with 8 girls on a bachelorette trip, it was such an amazing experience. The scenery was beautiful, the jeeps were comfortable. It was a chilly night and they provided blankets for each person. Our tour guides Grace and Sarah honestly made the trip so enjoyable. They educated us east coast girls on fun facts of the Arizona desert in between jamming out to our provided play lists. They helped pose us for fun pictures at sunset, provided drinks from our coolers on request, and ultimately did everything within their means to give us the BEST experience. 10/10 would recommend this to ALL, but especially groups visiting looking for a little escape from the city activity to enjoy the Arizona desert.

This was one of the most amazing tours I have ever gone on. When we signed up, I didn’t really know what to expect, but our guides truly made the experience for us. This was the last activity we went on for a bachelorette party, and we all showed up pretty tired, but our guides Sarah and Steve just brought so much fun and energy to the tour that it elevated the whole experience for us. We quickly got so excited and amped up to get into the desert and see all the beauty it had to offer.

They had decorated the jeeps with special bachelorette banners for us. In addition they prepped coolers for us to keep our seltzers in, as well as had waters and snacks for us, and cozy blankets to get comfy in when it got cooler after dark. They didn’t let us lift a finger! One of our girls even experiences carsickness, and they got her Dramamine and let her sit upfront to help! They spent time taking amazing photos of the group, and helped direct us to get the best shots. When we made it to the desert they were so knowledgeable about all of the flora and fauna, and answered all our questions about the desert. We learned so much, and even got to sample the inside of a cactus!

If you go on one of these tours I highly recommend the sunset tour. We were lucky enough to go on a day where there was a rain shower, and let me tell you we saw one of the most amazing desert sunsets the earth has to offer, complete with lightning in the distance, a rainbow, and intensely dramatic skies. Don’t be afraid of going if it looks like it might rain because you’re in for a real treat! You’ll understand why so much art is made in the Southwest. I even shed a tear at all the beauty we were surrounded by.

Overall, this is an incredible company, with incredible guides that will make the experience for you! One of the best ways to experience the beauty of the desert, and definitely worth every penny we spent! Shoutout to Sarah and Steve we loved you guys so much! Highlight of our Scottsdale trip!

Our e-biking excursion cancelled my group of six and so glad they do because we booked a tour with Scottsdale Adventure Tours for a Jeep Sunset for my team, 6 total on Wednesday, March 23rd. From the very first interaction with our driver/guide Mike, I knew we were going to have a great time and boy did we. Mike brought the Sonoran Desert alive with his expertise, knew all our names and ensured we had great photos, refreshments, safety and warm blankets and more for our comfort. I would give Mike and the company more stars if I could because they care about what they offer their customers which is rare today in my opinion. Thanks Mike for making our team outing a huge success! Eric N.

Pat was our driver tonight and he was quite knowledgeable of the region. A bit difficult to hear on the ride out but once you get off roading you can hear a bit better. He was a great driver and made sure we were all buckled up. You can bring beverages and don’t forget some blankets , sunglasses , and warmer clothing for the drive back is a bit chilly.

The dessert is filled with numerous cactus surrounded by majestic mountains. We didn’t see any animals other than a dessert hare. Definitely , some great photo ops at the end with the breathtaking sunsets. Ride is exceptionally bumpy so SKIP if you have any back or neck issues ? Really , a bit pricey to go see the same plants you can see throughout the region while hiking or biking. Again , our driver was AMAZING and deserves 5 stars but the overall experience for the price would be 3 stars ! It was nearly $500 for 6 people to drive 2 hours into the dessert ? Again , we learned about some plants and animals but to us it was a bit overpriced.

Jeep was clean and driver wore his mask. Definitely , felt safe on tour. Pat was a great driver and knew the terrain. It takes about 20 min each way to get off road to start the experience. We had 6 in our party so we were in our own vehicle otherwise , I’d assume you share. Pat gets 5 stars ! Don’t forget to tip your driver .... my suggestion is company should lower the price.

We booked a sunset tour on a cloudy day. We were contacted in advance and informed that because of the clouds, we wouldn’t be able to see the sunset, and were given other options. We still opted to go and it was wonderful. Our guide, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable. It was a bumpy, but comfortable, entertaining ride. We learned a lot about the desert and area in general. We were offered local beers and non-alcoholic beverage options for kids. With Jeremy’s help, my son was able to find 2 arrowheads! I would highly recommend and if we are in the area again, we will definitely use this company again.

Oh my goodness! Almost didn’t do this tour, but we are so glad we did! Steve O was the best tour guide ever and not only did we have a ton-O-fun, but we learned a lot about desert 🌵 life! All in our group say that it was well worth the time and money and would highly recommend it. Amazing photos!

Tour guide Pat was super awesome. He was a wealth of knowledge about the Senora Desert and the Tonto National Forest. The jeep was cool. The trail was fun. It was a great family outing. Definitely a five star experience. There was nothing to complain about. The scenery was phenomenal. Recommend doing a morning or sunset tour if you plan a summer trip so it won’t be too hot.

First off, Jeremy was an amazing guide on our #Jeeptour . He was extremely knowledgeable in the history of the area as well as local wildlife and plants. He was friendly and personable and made our trip a memorable one! I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to have a good time, see some beautiful sights and learn random Arizona facts along the way. This was the best jeep tour I have been on. The sunset was breathtaking and the views along the way couldn’t have been more amazing. The pictures we were able to take on the trip are once in a lifetime! Can’t say enough great things about this tour and Jeremy! Don’t miss this!

Jon was amazing, he’s the best Jeep tour guide in the business. We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette party and this was the highlight of the weekend! Jon come prepared with blankets with the slightly chilly March weather, snacks and water, kept the whole group entertained with trivia and his sparkling personality. Definitely do a Jeep tour and request Jon!
