After reading some of the reviews, my wife and I decided to go here and not surprised anymore why everyone speaks so highly of this place. Patrick is so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. My wife had a battery replacement in her Tag watch and I needed sizing on a different watch I got as a gift from my company, and it took less than 15 minutes in total. While we waited for the battery, we looked at their watch selection and Hugh was very helpful showing us everything they had. They didn’t even charge us for any of the repairs and and we almost couldn’t believe it! My wife has her eye on an Omega in the case so we will definitely return in the future and will recommend them to everyone!

Hi Cody! It was great to have you stop by our Scottsdale store and we're glad we could help get the battery in your Tag Heuer watch replaced - it's one of our favorite timepiece brands in the store!
