First met Glen at ED Marshall years ago when upgrading my wife's diamond in her wedding ring. Not only did Glen give me more than the appraised value of her stone but the stone I bought was valued higher than what I paid by an independent appraiser. Great service and worked with my budget to get me the best possible stone. Since then I've bought numerous watches and other jewelry and now won't go anywhere else even though I live out of State. Honest and trustworthy.

DO NOT BRING YOUR WATCH HERE... unless you want it damaged. Some untrained buffoon tried to unscrew a front screw on my AP Royal Oak and stripped it! Instead of doing the right thing and replacing it, they passed it off onto me hoping I wouldn't notice. Anybody with an IQ higher than a pug would know that you can't remove it from the front side because it sits completely flush in the hexagon hole, but not the geniuses at E.D. Marshall. I wouldn't trust these clowns to replace a battery on my Casio, let alone service a nice watch.

Major ripoff.....they appraised my diamond ring for $135...told me the diamonds, which they said were real, were worthless to them as they were too small and they had no use for them. ....told me the ring was only worth the weight of the gold.
Now I understand they would want to resale the ring and want to make money, but I had two other jewelers tell me the ring was worth $3000 - $4000.
Be careful doing business with that store!
