I probably had it built up too much in my mind but I expected more ice cream and the art was fair--cute like at a theme park and was all related to ice cream but nothing specifically noteworthy. It was short, just a few rooms, and not much to eat for $25. It wouldn't take much to improve it. The bonbon at the beginning was impressive and I was off to a good start and optimistic. But an otter pop for the popsicle room? Give me an actual popsicle and that's not even "ice cream.' How about Dippin' Dots in the room that was like that? And then for banana splits it was candy...where's the ice cream I thought? One mini vanilla shake? WHy not offer chocolate as well? And then to end with a scoop of icd cream which was good and I think it was Jose who was kind in helping us...for $25 they can't even have toppings, whipped cream, sprinkles or something to make it feel special? Like I said, it woulnd't take much more to make it feel worthwhile. Instead I left feeling, is that all there is? I felt cheated. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth the $25 and could have been easily improved.

Came on MLK day and had previously bought tickets reserving this day. They ended up being closed so the owner/manager came and promised us tickets for another day and a full refund. We got our replacement tickets but I still have not received my refund. On the day we did come I talked to another manager and he said he would get it taken care of. Has not happened yet. Not only am I bummed about this but I don't think it would be worth $25 anyway. This place could've been so much better. It was very small and the art seemed dirty. There was a lot of unmet potential.

We walked in and were back out in 9 minutes. Exhibits are less than stellar and very forgettable. Our ice cream samples were average. The McDonald’s $1 cone is a better experience than the one we had. Just saying....

Art of Ice cream Experience is essentially a large area filled with different backdrops and props for people to take selfies in front of so that they can share them on social media. You are also given a bunch of different ice cream treats through out the experience. This is a great place to bring kids, adults will get a kick out of the campy atmosphere.
