Beautiful Church, still holds 1 spanish mass weekly. The volunteers were very knowledgeable, and you got to walk around and take photos. Nice historical site while exploring Old Town Scottsdale.

This is part of the Old Scottsdale self-guided walking tour.
At first glance there doesn't seem to be much to it - but that is a mistake.
The volunteers at this free attraction were very eager to explain its long history and their efforts to restore this great bit of history.
There are many old pictures of the Scottsdale area to view and its a nice cool stop on the tour. I feel its a must-do to get a true feeling of the Old Scottsdale area.

While by some standards, this church is not that old (built in 1933), it's old by Arizona standards. Built on the edge of what used to be the Barrio in Scottsdale, it's been meticulously restored. Definitely worth a visit.

This old Catholic Church was built by Mexicans in the late 1910's. It has Spanish Revival Architectural style and is made from 14,000 adobe bricks. This is a small pleasant church Brown Avenue just off Main and is worth a visit.

We parked over by the Old Adobe Mission and stopped in to see what this was about.
It's an old church, and kind of small. But there were a few volunteers that were very eager to answer questions and give you the history of the church. Very interesting!

This is a very beautiful old church located in Scottsdale. We came across this stark white structure while exploring Old Town and popped in to take a look. The interior is very stark and small. No admission is required but donations are appreciated.
