For some exercise I hike around Lynx's Lake, I suppose 2 - 3 miles overall. On the entire trail I saw no litter or rubbish. Lake is really beautiful and peaceful during my visit.

Good walking trails, and nice lake views from the parking area too. Also good fishing if you have a license!

Lynx Lake has been a gold panning attraction since before AZ was a state. There are places marked along the trail where panning if still allowed. It's also a lovely easy hike around the lake. Some visitors must be finding treasure as there were cars parked alongside the road near the panning areas.

Family friendly with lots of things to do. Trails are easy with beautiful views of the lake. The Cafe has great food and friendly service. Rent a boat or canoe and enjoy the lake. Off road trails are available.

We stopped by the lake to relax after a busy couple days in town. Decided to hire a boat and cruise the the lake for a while. We got a boat with a little electric motor/trolling motor and just set about slowly making our way around the lake. Beautiful setting, very quiet as they don't let gas powered boats on... More

My husband and I decided to walk around the lake. It is beautiful and the weather was lovely. We walked from the dam to the boat launch area along an asphalt path. A nice easy walk. From the boat launch area back to the dam was not difficult, but it was a more natural trail. In other words there was... More

My husband and I were looking for an easy hike and found it here. The trail around the lake is 3 miles and very east to do. (no climbing to speak of). We've been here before and we are never disappointed in the views. We saw a bald eagle the last time we visited. We had been doing a lot... More

Lynx Lake is a local "outdoor recreation" park with a gorgeous little lake at its center, with canoes for rent and lots of trails to be hiked.

My friend and I hiked all the way around the lake and it was really beautiful. Not too many people on the trail and the weather was perfect. It's only takes about an hour and a half to walk the perimeter of the lake.
