I've lived in Phoenix for 30 years. Patriots Sq Park, which was a real park, has been replaced by CityScape. 3 photos-if they are posted-show what it used to look like. All that is gone. It was dismantled beginning in 2009. CityScape, I believe, is 4 blocks and I only saw one in Oct 2012. There is a small park like area, with grass, a fountain and umbrellas. It's nice. There are lots of shops and restaurants there-completely different than it used to be. I'll post my most recent photos of the area under CityScape. I think it's worth seeing. Some of the questions about this location, I am unable to answer. Janet W

Actually I can't remember much about it but it left a good impression. I can't really say more than that.

I like to how cool the buildings looked. Nothing to dislike about this place. I also liked to how fancy the buildings looked.

Nice fountain, surrounding trees, benches and tables surrounded by restaurants. This is what is left now from a reportedly much bigger park which got incorporated into the City Scape urban complex. Very pleasant area.

Who was the architect that designed Patriots Square Park with the Lazer and sheets?
Written November 29, 2019
Sorry, I do not know. It was created in 1970s and redesigned in late 1980s
