Course is in great shape, roughs are over seeded. Greens are VERY slow, and small(!) A lot of blind holes, and they call the round for 4 hours 15 minutes. We played 2 days, and both were just short of 5 hours, and we waited on every shot. If you tee off after 12pm in the winter hours, you will... More

Whether you are a good or average this is a very nice course. It does have some difficult holes that are challenging but those seemed to be the most scenic and fun. Top notch staff that make you feel like you are at a top notch destination course. I throughly enjoyed my round and would definitely play it again. Although... More

Upon arrival meet with front end staff whom were very pleasant. They took clubs and escorted me to cart which had been assigned to me. Upon checking in it is a short drive to the driving range and starter and care has to be taken not to drive past the turn. The range was included in the green fees. The... More

Fun course to play. Not your typical desert golf course, a lot of elevation changes. Course was in good shape and the greens were nice. Pin placement was very challenging, always on a break. My only grumble was the lack of yardage markings on the fairways. Carts were equipped with a very basic GPS and a nice, detailed course yardage... More

This is a good golf course, scenic, friendly staff, with some quirky hole designs. We were on a week long golf vacation and I can distinctly remember at least one hole from every course we played except this one. This is a good course and one of the easiest I've played in Phoenix but there are better in the area.

We play this course whenever we travel to the valley. The homes have grown up around it so the views are a bit compromised but still nice. The course has some neat holes with long drops from the tee boxes. It is always in nice shape and the pace of play generally not too slow. They often have deals through... More

I look forward to getting together once a year with a group for a long golfing week-end. This year on day 2 of our trip we played Lookout Mountain. The course was in the $100 range with no GPS, and no ranger to explain the layout of holes that maybe difficult to read for the first time players, or anything... More

I've played Lookout Mountain Golf Club several times, but have never written a review. The course is SO much fun, offers a wide range of shots and shot types, and the course is always in great shape. The fairways are pure, the greens hold and are smooth, and the pace of play is always on point. The staff is great,... More

Winter rates are a little high but it is a beautiful course. In the summer months they have great rates. Every hole is very different and set among the beautiful desert, mountains and gorgeous home. Watch out for the snakes if you happen to go off the course.
