We had a group of adults driving, did 3 sets of laps. It is located in an industrial area of Phoenix, safe. We were there a while but they accommodated our group having only the 10 of us on the course when we drove.

I believe K1 may have started out with gas karts when it first started up but are all electric now. This location opened up about 6 years ago, and was previously Speedway (which did have gas karts). Don’t be discouraged... More

My kids are older so I am not sure but I see lots of birthday parties with children. I would guess around 10.
