My tour was conveniently booked through the hotel I stayed at for this past weekend. Bus picked me up at the hotel. This was my first visit to Az and wanted to see the most I could. I had high expectations.... Well they were exceeded. Jason was awesome! He was super friendly and funny. Which put me at ease from... More

The whole experience of mine with this group was excellent from start to finish. Since the moment I placed the online booking, one of the coordinators got back to me on email and kept me informed about the availability of the tour. They were very responsive and keen to arrange alternatives when my original plan to antelope canyon proved impossible.... More

We took the Detours Grand Canyon tour with a stop in Sedona. The canyon itself was breathtaking, but the experience was better and more unique thanks to our guide Mac. All in, it was a 13 hour day that included a lot of time at the canyon, as well as several shorter stops at various landmarks including Sedona and a... More

8/17/2016 We headed out this morning to the Grand Canyon with our guide Montana. We ranged in age from 12- 59. Two different families that are friends and traveling on vacation together. We did not know what to expect but after introducing ourselves and going down the road for 10 minutes we felt like Montana was part of the family.... More

We traveled with Montana and Suzanne to the Grand Canyon. They were both awesome! Montana in particular was very informative from everything from the changing vegetation, to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, the Native American history and culture, and the stories about every town and street name along the way. Its an all day trip but well worth it. Would... More

My 9 year old daughter and I took the Grand Canyon tour, including the helicopter tour. It was amazing! Montana was our driver/ tour guide and he's great. He's got so much knowledge of the area and kept a very long day interesting. You can tell he's been to the canyon MANY times because he took us to less traveled... More

We had Mac. Mac was awesome, and because of him, we had an awesome day. We booked the tour because I didn't want to drive the 7 hours round trip. This was a good choice for a number of reasons, not the least of which being that the Grand Canyon is big, and I wouldn't know where around it to... More

We LOVED our day with Les! A very nice man, Les is a retired teacher. He was a font of information regarding the history of Arizona and the Native American culture in particular, but also geology, earth science, astronomy...he possesses a comprehensive knowledge that he shared with us and just six other people on the tour. We learned so much!... More

My friend and I used Detours for a day trip from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon, with Sedona, the Sonoran Desert, and the Navajo Reservation along the way. Gary picked us up from our hotel in Phoenix at 6:30am on the dot in a nice 14-passenger van. We had one other stop to make on the way to another resort... More

I went on a family trip to Sedona, and I'm the type of person that doesn't like taking tours. I think it's too touristy, and I wanted to have an original experience in Sedona. But since I was on a family vacation, I humored my mom because she wanted to take a tour. The hotel we stayed at recommended Detours... More
