What a wonderful experience! Sam our tour guide created such a friendly atmosphere that made it a comfortable and well informed trip. His knowledge and great explanations truly enhanced our understanding of the geologic process. Who would think that such a complicated process would be as easy as pancakes!!!! My experience was greater than my expectations.

An incredible adventure led by an outstanding guide, Grand Canyon Sam! One of the best tours we have ever experienced! Sam made our ‘first’ view of the Grand Canyon so special as he led us with our eyes closed up to the rim and then counted to 3 and had us open our eyes! Such a spectacular moment as we stood in awe and wonder of our first view! He knew all the best viewing spots and he shared his love and knowledge of the Grand Canyon which made it so enjoyable. He is also an outstanding photographer and was always willing to take our camera to get pictures of us and the Canyon. Sam had some wonderful surprises planned for us throughout the day and far exceeded our expectations! We will forever cherish the memories from this amazing trip.

Aldo our guide was great. He was both funny and very knowledgeable about the Tour he led. While we were impressed with Aldo's wit and knowledge, the actual time spent at the Grand Canyon left us wanting more. After we were dropped off at our first overlook, we got separated from our tour group. We weren't reunited with the group until a couple hours later. The reason for this was because our guide had to take a couple from our group to the airport for their helicopter tour. That left us and the remainder of our group to fend for ourselves for the rest of our time at the canyon. We eventually took a Grand Canyon shuttle bus and met up with the other group members at another overlook, but by the time we arrived the Grand Canyon portion of the tour was nearing its end. Don't get me wrong the Grand Canyon is spectacular, but our experience there was anything but, and that's partly on us.

Was a great decision to do this tour for us. Very prompt pickup at our hotel, made a stop in Williams, Arizona to break up the drive (such a good stop). Our guide Derek was so knowledgeable and informative and knew the best places to stop and view the Canyon and gave us time to explore on our own besides. He was so familiar with the Canyon area itself!! Great, great tour.
