Funny—we come from a state with 10,000 lakes but vacationing in the dessert we decided to spend Valentines Day cruising Lake Pleasant. I was not expecting much as the value price for the 2 hour day cruise cost less than a movie, popcorn, Junior Mints and a soda pop back home, but the facility (boat) was spotless and crew and narration professional. They offer basic snacks and some fancy well prepared 🍹 cocktails. Our feet got a tan and it was a great afternoon on the water with my Favorite Valentine❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ PS: And you can always judge a boat by its “head” Nice clean head😎

Michael, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We take great pride in having a clean boat (and heads), and it is wonderful to be recognized for that. We hope you will come back someday and cruise with us again! Katelyn Finney Marketing Manager

A great way to spend 90 minutes - such beautiful scenery on a relaxing cruise with informative narration. There really aren’t many more beautiful places - the views are stunning. Captain Matt and his first mate Victoria were great hosts, too. Highly recommended.

The boat ride was nice but frankly, underwhelming. We had a beautiful day, plenty of sunshine and moderate temperatures.

The Lake Pleasant Sunset Cruise is catered by Dillon's restaurants and occur Sunday evenings. Make a reservation online and pay for meal tickets with the reservations. They offer a barbecue cruise and prime rip or salmon cruise. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on board by cash only. They offered a tasty Huckleberry margarita the night my party went. You have to get there early to get the best seats. Walk down to the boat from the parking lot or catch a ride via the harbor carts. They drop people off right at the boat. Tipping is appreciated by the volunteer drivers. Throughout the year the sun sets during part of the dinner cruise. In December it occurred early so the views were limited. There was live entertainment and the meal was served buffet style. There is limited seating and it would be more comfortable with one less table on each side but that may not prove profitable for the cruise. So be mindful of the people around you and push in your chair when you leave the table. There were many who did not and it made getting in and out difficult. The water was calm, the food was very good, and the cruise was relaxing. My group had an enjoyable evening. It was a great finale for the thanksgiving weekend. Guests are able to move about the boat, the upper deck is covered but not enclosed and was a bit too chilly to enjoy a meal so most ate below in the enclosed dining area. The staff was very helpful and willing to bring beverages to the table and remove empties. The servers tend to fill plates fast so you have to be quick if there is something you don't want. This experience was something I've always wanted to do and I shared it with the family. It is a good way to build warm family memories. By the way if your plans change after purchasing meal tickets the date can be changed for a fee if notified 24 hours in advance.

From the moment we were greeted in the parking lot by your shuttle drivers to the moment the same shuttle drivers dropped us off at out vehicles for our return back to our facility, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and deepest expressions of kindness and compassion. Every hand that we touched, every face that we saw and every smile that was exchanged made us feel welcomed and truly invited. Many companies want to think that their employees provide professional services every day. But let me assure you, your employees deserve the TITILE of PROFESSIONAL for their actions and work ethic that they displayed. And let me also note that this did not only include the boat crew but also the crew of workers that were on the docks as well. I was truly impressed that your employees cared enough about the care of our members that they made a special effort to inform us of the air horn signals before the launch of the cruise to allow us to prepare any “Noise sensitive” members prior to its occurrence. Overall, today was an extremely pleasant (no pun intended) experience and one that I hope our organization will repeat at another time. Again I want to thank you and your staff for helping make that to be possible. It is rare these days to find people who take pride in their work and your employees do so, I commend you all for a job well done.
