Unfortunately, this place has a lot of potential that just hasn't been met. If you like kitschy, tourist-trap type places then go for it. It was a bit overpriced for the experience you get. We did the "regular tour" (45 min.) which cost $20.95 X...More

Must stop see stop on Route 66. Small cavern with lots of different tour options. We chose the standard tour. The guide was a little quirky but very informative. Considering how big tours can be at a large cavern this was a perfect fit for...More

Be sure to wear walking shoes! While the tour is on a paved path, you need to be able to walk up and down hills comfortably. I use a cane at times and had some issues, taking it slower than most in our group. This...More

We purchased tickets in advance and planned a weekend away. I bought tickets not only to enjoy a meal in the cavern but also to take the day tour and the night tour. You really don’t need to do both is what we discovered but...More

I love caves and enjoy the cave tours if they are factual and not goofy with silly comments that the tour guides make thinking you know nothing about a cave. This tour was fun as the guide was good, new his stuff and was thoughtful...More

Never again! They only steal your money and try to make you buy all the orrible stuff they put inside the caverns! There are lots of better places to see in USA.

I don’t know the answer. But I do know negotiating works. I saw someone in line complain about pricing and the cashier lowered the price without an argument. Another incident of two couples, who did not know each other... More

On one hand there are stairs on the route, and the guide warns that if the 60 year-old elevator should break, the only way back out is up the 22 stories of stairs. There are also large sections of the caverns that are only... More
