Just completed 2 Day Pistol Range Day with Range Master Gary and instructors Joe and Chris in AZ. Outstanding opportunity to improve pistol skills and learn new techniques. This is the best use of training funds as you revisit basic skills and are exposed to more advanced skills. The class was fast paced and never boring. Safety was and always is the #1priority. Had snow, freezing rain, cold, wind and sun all in one day! I can’t wait for the next one in September 2021. Already signed up for it. Kathleen Lodge-Brannan 3/21/2021

We spent a week in the 250 defensive pistol class with 22 other students and 5 instructors. This is a mixture of classroom training and on range shooting training. This is an intense and comprehensive 5 days of training. It covers shooting from different distances, kneeling, shooting at night, turning then shooting and moving. It also includes outdoor and indoor simulations. We figure we fired 800-1000 rounds in that 5 days. We were intermediate shooters having shot in a number of action pistol shoots. We learned a lot in this week. Our fellow students were a mix of backgrounds from different locations around the US. In our class was a trauma surgeon, college professor, airline pilot, lawyer, law enforcement officers, firemen, business owners, etc. They came from Washington, Indians, Colorado, South Carolina, and other states. One quarter of the class were women. We wholeheartedly recommend this school for beginner through advanced marksmen.

For firearms safety and defensive pistol training this course should be on your A-list to attend. If you're contemplating getting trained to proprly and safely use a hand gun, get trained right - attend 250 Pistol at Gunsite. You won't be dissapointed.

Just completed a 250 revolver course. Instructors Ed Head and Pete Feeney were particularly well suited for this as each has extensive experience with revolvers. I will be going back for a 350 revolver should they decide to have it. When are you coming to Gunsite?

WOW! Attending a Gunsite class is a transformative experience! I attended a 5-day Church Defense class in June 2020 - it is a hybrid of Pistol 250 and a couple of other Gunsite pistol courses, geared towards protecting your House of Worship. It's thought-provoking and skills based. The instructors and staff bring real-world experience and teach accordingly. Safety is paramount... but training does not suffer because of it! Col. Jeff Cooper, USMC Ret'd is of legend and to be able to train there is an honor. I'm saving my pennies now to attend the 270 Rifle Course with my Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle - the true, "...if I could have ONLY one rifle." concept of Col. Cooper. This is a destination location AND a bucket list kinda thing!!
