My family and I have come to buckskin state Park the day before memorial day every year, for the last 20 years. We get the same spot every time, and we enjoy ourselves to the fullest every time. We set up our canopies, our grills, and then the kids go swimming, leaving the adults for some much needed quite time... More

This is an exceptionally nice park with many well situated sites. The visitor center is nice and the staff was very helpful in directing us to things to see and do in the area.

This is a really nice state park to camp at on the Colorado River. I have been here several times over the past 6 years and the park hasn't changed much in that time. You can rent cabanas, provided you do not have a dog with you, or you can bring your RV and camp in one of their lovely... More

I really loved this campground on the Colorado River. Not much in nearby Parker unless the Beale Outlet store excites you. There is a great Golf Course nearby with really good rates. Full service hook-ups and WIFI is available near the entrance. The tenting area is absolutely fabulous.

I would have given them excellent, but I don't like the 10 pm rule which is everything off and we have to be sleep. And on top of top of that the people here are rude they don't understand they we have young kids and they are gonna be a tad bit loud. This is more of a active adult... More

Not matter what time of year we come to Buckskin we always enjoy ourselves. The campsites are far apart so you are not camping in a parking lot. Nothing says relaxing as sitting by the river, enjoying the mountains and wildlife.

Although this is a 30 amp, water & electric only park we though the sites were nice & wide pads, well maintained, and even easy to get into with our 40 ft motorhome. Still room for our crew cab truck tow vehicle too. It seems there are a few (6?) sites that have sewer. Park is clean, and the views... More

Buckskin Mountain is a beautiful park for RV or camping. Off-season and weekdays find the park peaceful and lovely. Clean facilities, a small gift shop, sponsored activities, and a market/gas pump (open only in summer season) all run by pleasant rangers and volunteers. The Colorado River wraps the park on 2 sides allowing nice scenery. Lots of grass and trees.... More

We stayed at this campground for 3 nights while travelling the area. The park is closer to Parker but Lake Havasu city is a nice day trip as well. The park is well treed and is on the east shore of the Colorado River. The sites are spacious and some have sewer. Our sites were near the entrance and were... More
