We took the public bus to Rio Verde. It dropped us at a trail head. We walked downhill. There are some very small waterfalls along the way. Once you reach down, there is the entrance for the falls. It has a $ 2 ticket. There...More

Hire a bike and ride to this massive waterfall, you don't need a guide, theres 7 waterfalls along the route, but this is by far the best, you can actually crawl through the tiny space and go behind the waterfall!!

Although busy, the del diablo waterfall was super cheap at only 2 dollars entry and offered amazing views, with the chance to crawl and get under the waterfall too. You can't miss this if you're coming to Banos. It is a must see!

Saw most of the waterfalls and this is the best! So, first, there are two entrances. There is one for the left side of the waterfall (assume you are facing the falls). The path is well traveled and has a suspension bridge and concrete steps....More

This cascade is really worth visiting. For a few dollars you can get in from 2 entrances with different perspectives on the waterfall. Combine your visit with a mountainbiking-trip from baños to make it complete.

We did the short walk (the one on the right side of the waterfall) with a touristic attraction. Unfortunately, it was already dark when we arrived. Even though they were some lights, we didn't enjoy it 100% although walking on the bridges was really cool....More
