good tourist office

a well run well informed tourist office, everything the visitor needs here - stayed a few days and found them very helpful in pointing where and where not to go in town

I went to the tourist information center to find out about the tours, however did not seem a welcoming place. There were few attendants, without information on the local. Very strange.

They have free Wifi and you can get a novelty passport stamp for free. Avoid if the massive cruise ships are in port; very, very crowded.

This office with a black roof is a visible landmark right across from the port of Ushuaia. They are well staffed. The best thing they do is hand out certificates to people saying they were at the city at the end of the world.

The first time we made an enquiry at the tourist information office the lady who we spoke to was excellent. She spoke very good English and dealt with our enquiries thoroughly. She used Google earth to show us the bus stop areas we had to get off at and the route of the walks she suggested we should try. Absolutely... More

Lots of useful info; staff was very helpful. Easy to find, along the shore, and linear park. Good place to start!

You are at an Information Center and have to beg for touristic information. Be prepared to just confirm the information you already have, they answer only and only your question. When asked "what can we do in Ushuaia", the answer was "many thinks, what are you looking for?" OMG!

Not worth the visit as it is always crowded. I went in but never got any information due to the crowded room

Situated near the Ushuaia Port, it's building cannot be missed. The ambience is great and so are the people inside. They are quite knowledgeable and guided me about the excursions that I should undertake while I am in Ushuaia. Kudos for these people.
