Caminé varias horas en una total soledad. Sólo escuchaba el sonido de los pájaros, el crujir de los árboles y mis propios pasos... Muy buena la señalización, a veces sentia inseguridad y aparecía oportunamente la estaca...el cartel...la información.
Lo mejor de todo fue llegar a la cumbre abrazar ese solitario árbol que te espera y disfrutar de una hermosa vista del canal Beagle

Este sendero es uno de los más empinados dentro del parque, pero tiene una gran vista desde la cima. Me costó la subida, pero fue grato llegar.

Arranqué el sendero al revés por consejo del chofer de la combi que me llevó al parque. Lo comencé cerca de la estación de llegada del tren del fin del mundo. Fue excelente, la mañana estaba fría pero con sol, todo el sendero lo hice sola ya que no es el más popular y era temprano. Es para sentir paz y tranquilidad. No es difícil y está bien señalizado si prestás atención a los palos amarillos al costado del sendero o a los círculos amarillos de los árboles. Me encontré un caballo mientras lo hacía que pastaba muy relajado en un claro. Cuando llegas a la "pampa alta", se escucha solamente el viento, es impresionante. Las vistas son increíbles, se ve perfecto el cerro Guanaco.

It starts calmly, in the humid forest, then there is a large part of a steep climb, and at the end a beautiful view, almost 360º, but nothing spectacular [it was really incredible to see a wild horse, with his son, on the way]; the way back, which is different, is much quieter, passing through streams and beaver trees. I found the trip to be medium level and the return level to be easy.
