Great Customer Service
Jan 2020
I bought a corkscrew to use for my wine during my tour to Perito Moreno. Unfortunately, the corkscrew broke while attempting to open my first bottle. Our clever bus driver helped me solve that near disaster, but that's another story! I returned the following day and the manager let me pick a new corkscrew and apologized for the trouble. Very nice.

Better then any place in Bariloche!
Mar 2016 • Couples
Fortunately we bought the gifts for our friends in El Calafate, before expecting to buy them at our last stop through Patagonia in Bariloche.

Good variety, excellent Foto books of the region, prices less then at the shop at Perito Moreno

Unusual Souvenirs but at a price
Apr 2016 • Solo
From the outside quite a enticing shop to enter and inside a huge array of unusual souvenirs, many not on sale at other stores but they come at a price. I found them to be very expensive so restircted my purchases quite a bit

Overpriced!
Jan 2016 • Family
Arte Indio is packed with beautiful handicrafts from around southern Argentina but everything is expensive...overpriced in my opinion!! My daughter and I were looking for gifts for family and friends. We did find some unusual items including a colorful wooden backgammon board among other items. If you pay with cash 30% off (but make sure you watch the calculation by the sales person), with credit card, 10% off.... The silver jewelry was absolutely stunning by ridiculously overpriced....even with "30% off."

Not a great shopping experience
Mar 2014 • Solo
Yes, it has a wider selection of products and souvenirs than most other gift shops in town, but many of their items were over-priced. They had too much stuff to display so they didn't have enough space for people to walk around. The shop-keeping lady kept following me around and asked me to buy this or that.
