If you love watching birds, this is an incredible place!! It wasn't a very long walk, but we saw more than a dozen birds. Wonderful!

The Laguna Nimez is part of Lago Argentino. Lots of wildlife / plants to see on the walk along the coast. Then there is the centre, full of information. An interesting place.

My dad loves birds, so we took him to see the reserve and we were very disappointed. We saw almost all the varieties that are inside just by walking out in the city. I wish they had as much birds as advised on their map.

It was totally flooded when we visited. It sounded like (and looked like) it could have been really interesting, but thanks to flooding caused by the a large piece of ice falling off of the glacier, there was nothing to see. Not sure when this...More

This is not a bad review. It is just to say that, due to high water levels the park isn't really visitable. When the water level is lower it should be a good place to visit, especially for bird watching enthusiasts.

This wetland and bird area is located right in town along the edge of the lake. You can see some of the area from the public sidewalk, but going into the reserve gets you much closer to the birds. There are many viewing points and...More
