I'm Argentinean but live and work in High Standard Tourism in the UK, being used to things properly done. This was simply the BEST we could ever choose with my girlfriend, even though she isn't fluent in Spanish! We decided to pre-book two different tours with Zig-Zag and they were absolutely amazing, and full of positive aspects. First we made Circuito Chico with Lila (and Ernesto driving!) and after we took the BEAUTIFUL trip to Isla Victoria + Bosque de Arrayanes, having another Blast of fun and information with Raul and Ana as the main Tour Guides up in the Cau Cau catamaran (the lake was SO CALMED, it was proper paradise!). Extremely nice, warm and professional all the Staff (Tour Guides, F&B, Port... EVERYONE!!!). We squeezed the day and arrived on time to still enjoy our evening and get ready for the next day. On the next morning they picked us up to go with Isis and Gustavo to Cerro Tronador. I never saw a human drive like this guy one of those vans... I couldn't even imagine how good those are up in the mountain -if you have the right driver-. Isis was super cool too and helped us a lot. Our group was a bit younger than the day before so we personally enjoyed even more... Perfect balance between landscape, information, chat and rest and the views, well... NO WORDS! On the way back Isis gave us some really cool tips regarding activities to do in our short stay in Bariloche and helped us a lot... We don't know when, but we WILL be back in Bariloche and for sure we will contact the guys again to help us to make our experience better... Nothing to do with boring Tours with no emotion... Fully recommended! Thank you to each one of you, guys! Even whoever helped us with the payments at the web site. Francesca and Ricardo

Booked two tours with Zi Zag Travel while visiting from NY. They were accommodating and well organized. We booked the Rafting Lower Manso River tour (highly recommended - even with children age 6) and the boat tour to the Forest. Both tours were great and Zig Zag made it easy to answer any questions.

I made many bookings with ZigZag from Budapest, Hungary. During the process the Agency was very helpful, answer came within 12 hours after any question by me, everything went pretty well. All of our correspondance went on English, that is why it was a surprise that on 2 excursions the guide could not speak English, so we cannot understand even a word during the day... I am sure ZigZag was aware of our 0 Spanish knowledge, but put us into a group with a Spanish guide. Plus on the last day the tour started 60 mins later as it was confirmed without any notice :(

Hello Tibor4500 Thank you for sending us your opinion. Our services of classic tours are offered in Spanish language. While we are working to offer tours in other languages, we clarify on our site and also when making your reservation in which language each tour or activity is done. The last tour you have done "Puerto Bles" is a navigation where the ship usually leaves on schedule, we regret the delay! We hope to see you again in Bariloche! Regards
