You can see we have 59 reviews all excellent from past clients and very good reputation, so I dont want to ruin my reputation for a post that is not fair. 0) As soon as I got his bad TA post, I refunded without hesitation usd 110, just to be polite understanding weather issues and trying to be fair and make client happy. 1) I didnt rush Kaj for a deposit, but he inquire first a trip in BAriloche for the 12-13 dec, and he left down south to Patagonia, where I offer to help him in chalten, so he booked the 16 of december, last minute, high season and yes I asked for a normal deposit like any other company. But no rush or pressure. 2) Then, I locked a guide for him for the 16, and I went guiding for few days since we are a small company we do all emails, and sometime we have a bit of delay in responding , so here is my silent during the last few days 3) The weather was bad, yes, so he went hiking anyway and we deliver the product. 4) He had a pair of jeans and we lended him with good willing a pair of goretex pants and clothing for the rainy patagonian day 5) they came back around 3 pm on that day , weather was bad and they did their hike anyway. I think this post is very unfortunate and not fair for us, after 17 years of hard work. We refunded a partial amount, provided the service and then I asked to delete the post because was a bit too much, and he said if you refund 100% I ll delete it. I dont think is fair to refund 100% when we deliver the product., we dont even have the obligation of refunding a partial amount and we did it anyway, since we try to do good for this world from our little spot in Life. Sorry if you felt pushy about deposit, but you booked a last minute trip and I needed to find a guide last minute for you, so I needed to be sure you were going to book, to lock the guide with security since is hight season. Hi Jorge, I was wondering how much was your rate for a guided day tour? I will be arriving with my boyfriend on July 3rd and another couple with a pregnant lady. I want to experience the mountains without skiing as I am extremely afraid of heights. I'm sure my friend is pretty agile though she is about 7 months already, she's also not gonna take the risk skying. What do you recommend a half day tour just in case she is too frail to do a full day, is the bella vista lake accessible during the wintertime? Is your rate per person or per group/day?
