I booked a rafting activity with them. One day before the tour, I wrote them asking if nothing had changed. They confirmed that everything was fine. The next day, I went to the meeting point ahead of the scheduled time. After waiting for 30 minutes, I started to worry that they had forgotten me, so I texted them via WhatsApp. No one replied. I texted again. No reply. I tried calling. No response. After almost 20 minutes they replied to me saying that the tour had been canceled! Canceled and no information, nothing...? I had been waiting for almost 1 hour in cold weather just to find out that the rafting tour was canceled? I was shocked...
Instead of apologizing for this inconvenience and offering another tour on that day, Vivir Viajes got lost in their own lies. First, they said that there was a strike in the national park where the tour was supposed to take place. Yet, when I said that other rafting tours went smoothly in the same park on the same day (while waiting, I had been greeted by several other companies that were looking for people going rafting), they started claiming that the tour operator didn't collect the minimum number of people. So, the real reason for me being left behind is not clear.
But even if they just forgot me, it is fine, but it would be nice if they could have admitted the mistake and refunded the money. Instead of that, they got defensive, ignored my messages and calls for 1 hour while I was standing in the freezing cold, and when it comes to a refund, I'm still waiting for my money from them...
Avoid this company to save your nerves.

We booked a trip to Cerro Tronador, got told we were a small group and would have quite a few stops were we could stroll around.
In the end we were a group of 18, squeezed in a Minivan. We were 4 people in the last row with no space whatsoever and no view because the window ended the row before. On top there was no possibility to understand the guide as soon we entered the National Park because of the bumpy road and the shattered noise.
All together we were in this for about 10 hours to have an hour lunch at a Camping-ground and 1,15 hours at the actual spots we wanted to see.
No recommendation!!!

We got on a bus with 27 Brazilians led by this agency's LILA guide. Our destination was Victoria Island.
During the journey, the aforementioned guide, not at all kind, never made herself understood, speaking too quickly and only addressing the Spanish-speaking audience.
When asked to say "Despacito" by a Brazilian, so we could at least understand the return time, she exploded. We know that there are Argentines who hate Brazilians, but working as a tour guide, I hadn't seen them yet. Lila said that she was in her country and that she would speak her language, and if we wanted to understand Spanish we would have to prepare for it in advance or hire our own guide.
She ended the issue by saying that she WASN'T PAID to try to speak Portunhol, efforts that we often see even in taxi drivers and waiters.
Lila is definitely in the wrong profession because we come across helpful and kind guides all the time. With Lila I wasted my time, and what's much worse: I left money in the hands of someone who definitely doesn't want us there.

We have done the excursion of the 7 lakes to Sant Martin de los Andes. They put us in a minibus and assigned us the last seats. From there the visibility is very limited and with minimal space to put your legs. Additionally, the backrests of the rear seats do not recline.
In short, it has been a real torture to be canned in these conditions for the more than 6 hours that the round trip takes.
If this were not enough, they do not have an additional step to get on and off the vehicle, which people with knee problems will have great difficulty with.
We do not recommend this travel agency at all.

GRACIAS!!!
