Voy a escribir en ingles.....(yo espero que la mayoridad de ustedes pueden entender):::::Not much more can be said except that Rosaura & Julian (guide) continually came across with a 5-star customer-support. Both in communications and DEFINITELY on the 4-day/3-night "criss-cross" of the Chile/Argentina borders in Patagonia....on Mountain & Gravel bikes. If you're up for a combo of good climbs (largest granny-gear) & descents....killer nature visuals of lakes/mountains/snow-capped volcanoes/AND natural hotsprings with waterfalls thrown-in....then do consider this trip. Julian is right-on (spanish & english) with info/logistics/food/and bicycle cleaning, etc.....a 5-star Guide. Approximately 90% of the trip is on dirt & gravel roads.....winding through forests, mountains, rivers - - - including wooden & steel bridges. Special-food needs can be easily arranged.....(do so AHEAD of time). Julian surprised us all with some fine Go-Pro & Drone video "footage" of all that i've mentioned. ANDESTRACK EXPEDICIONES.....Thank You

This sounds like a strange review because our trip was cancelled due to weather, but I had to leave a review for Andestrack for their amazing communication. My son and I were planning on climbing Lanin Volcano. Tomas and I communicated almost daily and he made sure that we were prepared for the climb. He even rented boots for us since the shop would be closed when we arrived. Unfortunately the weather turned too cold and windy for us to climb. Tomas checked in daily the week before with weather reports so that we were aware of the deteriorating conditions and possible other options. All the staff, Tomas, Rosaura and Manuel, met with us to discuss the weather. I was impressed when the guide initially called the climb off due to weather. They had put so much time into us and they would be losing the income from our climb and I really felt like safety is their top concern. Next time we visit; we will definitely use them again and just allow for a few more days for a longer window of opportunity. We hope to climb with them soon!

I highly recommend Andestrack for everyone looking for a great adventure. I did a Domuyo volcan trip with guides Ricardo and Joaquin and it was wonderful! Rosaura answered my every question before the trip and helped arranging more activities for me. Trip was well organized, mountain guides professional, super kind, helpful and fun to hang out with. The hike was quite demanding, but so worth the effort! It was the highlight of my holidays! Thank you so much!

We originally booked with AndesTrack to climb Lanin, but the weather forecast was really awful leading up to our climb date. This is one of the things we appreciated most about AndesTrack - they were realistic and honest with us throughout the process. We´ve run into many outfitters where they would have gone for it to make the money, even if the experience had been miserable, but there was none of that with AndesTrack. Instead, we went on a full day of mountain biking which we LOVED. Julian is super knowledgeable, professional, and made the day one of our favorite experiences. Could not recommend them more!

Although it is almost 2 hr drive it is worth of time. Impressive vulcano and nice walk, also towards the lake too. If you wish to see Araucaria’s forest this is where you’ve got to go. Amazing trees! Felt as if we were walking in an Eurasian park.
