The hospitality and ambiance of Ski Chapelco is incredible. The hotel is quaintly placed at the edge of the araucaria forest, a mystical blend of forest and mountains. The resort is a fun, super scenic, experience with unique volcano terrain and amazing views of a handful of other volcanoes. An awesome experience !

This Cerro is a bit far from the village but the access is pretty good. The road is safe. I do not ski, so the idea was to enjoy the day with my son on the snow. So we rented a sled and played with him for hours. You can do that in an area before the entrance (so do... More

Poor snow fall meant there was little snow on the lower slopes but there was plenty higher up. The ski rental shops in San Martin de los Andes transport your skis to the slopes, and you can store your kit up at the slopes overnight - complete with a boot warmer. The runs are perhaps not quite as well marked... More

Unfortunately weather didn t help this season and snow start falling very late so slopes were not in their best shape. During the lucky snow days it called our attention that slopes weren't groomed completely but just a few slopes and part of others. Main restaurant was full every day between 12 and 13:30 so better stop for early lunch... More

Outstanding skiing! If you need to rent your gear, rent it up at the mountain. Higher quality gear and you don't need to lug it around everywhere. Worth extra 200 pesos rather than renting from in town or even the tents in the parking lot. TRUST ME! There is also a bus, koko, that goes from the center to the... More

I visited in summer vacation with my family. Nice place with a lif t o top of mountain where you can appreciate San Martin Valley, a tobogan, mounatin bike, and a coffee shop where you can have snacks, and drinks. Is cold because its mountain, although there is sun , bring comfortable clothes to walk on the mountains. You can... More

Facilities are very good, and price is just ok. There is a local bus that takes you up there! If you are downtown you should definitely consider it, it's cheaper than hiring a shuttle every day.

This place is amazing, first class services, amazing location just 20 minutes firm downtown, several activities for ski lovers and not ski lovers. I did the dogs slate thru the forest and was incredible my kids love it. Restaurants with good food and ok prices.
