A small but well appointed instructional center that includes the skeleton of a young right whale. There are guides to help in your visit plans and a tower from where the isthmus can be observed in its entire width.

Displays explain a lot about whales and other flora/fauna on the peninsula.
Also some displays on local history. Clean and bright. Information provided in English and Spanish.

This Info centre is a great place to stop, use the facilities, stretch your legs and take in the wonderful displays and gift shop. If you have the time to read there is a lot to be learned about the history of the area. There is also a 3 story scenic viewing area you can climb if you wish.

We stopped for a rest room break, and spent 20 mins reading up on all the literature on the area. Well organised, and well laid out. very informative. Lots of the wording was also in English. Nice viewpoint outside to spot wild life... i saw a fox...

This info center in the way to Puerto Pirámides in the Peninsula Valdez is amazing. They have a good infrastructure in the building (best washrooms in the way) and great info about the southern right whales (they even have a huge skeleton of one of them in the room), other animals and nature. Staff is kind and super helpful when asked to define a tour of the best routes for the road trip in the Peninsula taking into account the weather.

Interpretation Center of fauna in the peninsula. They have a viewpoint to watch the Bird's Island which inspired Antoine de Saint-Exupery when he wrote about a hat or boa snake swallowing an elephant on The Little Prince. They have a souvenirs shop.

This small museum is and excellent representation of all the diversity on the Peninsula Valdes. Itis surprisingly well displayed for its size and some of the exhibits compete with world renown museums - for example there is a full size whale skeleton displayed here and this is a beautiful specimen. It's an excellent stop on your tour.
