Highly recommended this Visitor Center. The showrooms are very well assembled and scripted and I highlight the condition of the bathrooms, it is really excellent, so much so that their cleanliness, quality and care should serve as a model for other institutions. So I value the dedication of management and the workers who keep this site in these excellent conditions.

Passing through the visitor center is worth it to enter Peninsula Valdes with a better idea of the historical and natural context of the place you are visiting. But if that doesn't convince you, I recommend it because of the whale skeleton inside. Seeing it helped me gauge the size of these animals in a way that seeing them from the water did not. You can also take advantage of the opportunity to observe Bird Island from the viewpoint, which is believed to have inspired the author of the Principo for his classic drawing of the boa that swallowed an elephant.

A small but well appointed instructional center that includes the skeleton of a young right whale. There are guides to help in your visit plans and a tower from where the isthmus can be observed in its entire width.

Interpretation Center of fauna in the peninsula. They have a viewpoint to watch the Bird's Island which inspired Antoine de Saint-Exupery when he wrote about a hat or boa snake swallowing an elephant on The Little Prince. They have a souvenirs shop.

This Info centre is a great place to stop, use the facilities, stretch your legs and take in the wonderful displays and gift shop. If you have the time to read there is a lot to be learned about the history of the area. There is also a 3 story scenic viewing area you can climb if you wish.

We stopped for a rest room break, and spent 20 mins reading up on all the literature on the area. Well organised, and well laid out. very informative. Lots of the wording was also in English. Nice viewpoint outside to spot wild life... i saw a fox...

This info center in the way to Puerto Pirámides in the Peninsula Valdez is amazing. They have a good infrastructure in the building (best washrooms in the way) and great info about the southern right whales (they even have a huge skeleton of one of them in the room), other animals and nature. Staff is kind and super helpful when asked to define a tour of the best routes for the road trip in the Peninsula taking into account the weather.

Norte, caleta valdes y Pto. Piramides. Consulta a NIEVEMAR TOURS de Trelew
