We rent a car for 5 people, it's cheaper than tours and you can make your own time ! To see killers whales, you have to be around 8.30 - 9.30 am over there ! We saw 2 killers whales. There a lot of sea...More

If you are a wildlife lover, this is the place for you! Although you have to spend quite a bit of time in the coach getting to the peninsula, it is well worth the effort! We saw Elegant-crested Tinamou, a Burrowing Owl, Mara, Guanaco, sea...More

It is a steep price to get there as a foreigner. And traveling only two strong, it was cheaper to do a tour, which all are expensive and don't offer lunch. We saw tons of wild life and loved having the chance to visit.

We were on a cruise and made a big mistake in not booking an excursion from the vessel. Instead we decided to hire a local taxi driver at the port. We saved money but I would rather have paid extra for a bit of comfort....More

We took a day tour the Peninsula Valdes Provincial Park. We had to pay about $22 USD additional as park entrance fee. There was a small visitor center just inside the park with a gift shop, lots of clean toilets and a few exhibits including...More

Although it is a long trek from Puerto Madryn, it is worth going to see the Patagonian landscape and animals. This is a park so the animals are wild and you will have to really take the time to see them.

I have been here various times. It is superb! Unfortunately every different site is distant from the other. And when you get there, you are no longer allowed to get close to penguins, sea lions, elephant seals and so much more. You see it all...More
