Really, really well done! The explanatory videos are interesting and informative, the exhibits are fascinating, some of them arresting, and have explanations in both Spanish and English. Though it is naturally limited in scope, this ranks as one of the best and most interesting museums...More

As an English speaking tourist with minimal Spanish the museum was effectively in 2 parts. The first section leading up to the frozen child was very good, providing exhibit descriptions in Spanish and English. The second section of the museum downstairs had a small bit...More

It is a strange experience coming 'face to face' with a child who was sacrificed 500 years ago - very moving. The whole exhibition is really interesting and well worth a visit. It's only a small museum so you only need half a morning/afternoon to...More

An Eye opener for The Great Inca Civilization. Small museum yet provide great insights of the High Altitude Worshipping of Inca Rituals. A Must See

A small museum, but some really nice pieces to see and the children are spectacular. They give you also a ot of information how they found them and their historical/cultural background. It is a good start to get to know the Inco culture.

Well preserved mummies and important artifacts. Takes about 1 hour to go through. You may not take photos, video, etc. They are very strict! You may not even have your cell phone out to check the time. This museum is worth the visit.

This was a cool little museum with mummy children. There was some English around the exhibits, but definitely a lot more Spanish. Videos playing were all in Spanish as well, which made understanding a challenge. The mummified children were a sight to see, and it...More

Well worth a visit to this small but fascinating museum showing the sacrificial culture of children and the artifices buried with them for the afterlife.

I can't remember. Oops. Not much by European standards. There are different prices for locals and tourists. Locals pay less.
