It's a nice quite square. Very impressive police building which used to be a prison. It looks like a castle.

Not an exceptional example of urban development but a pleasant enough retreat in the city centre, good for a quiet few moments in-between visits and strolls around town

A small and tranquil piece of land devoted to preserving and recognizing the significant role played by this individual in the early history of the city, the country. Please see the pic of the Spanish and English information board at one corner of the Plaza as it is informative.

Beautiful small square, to walk and enjoy a moment of calm, before going to Balcarce Street where the city's nightlife begins.

Quaint little plaza in fron of Alejancro 1 hotel. On the corner of this plaza there is a small monument which indicates where Martin Guemes (salta hero) was mortally wounded when escaping from realista forces.
