Take you time and stroll the grounds, check out an event, go to an art opening, watch artists in their studios, and check out the gift shop - all local artists. Free parking, pick up a performance schedule, and purchase some tickets - then take a walk and check out the street statutes

This is annual event similar to a small county fair, games, rides, music and food booths. The Ostrich races were the highlight! The cowboys rode ostriches, camels and zebras. There was audience participation when some audience members participated in the Camel races and children got to race/herd ducks. There were some pig races in another arena, but we couldn't get close enough to see anything.

Many local and international performers play at indoor and outdoor concerts throughout the year. Four unique theaters, outdoor venues, and the Museum of Contemporary Arts make the MAC a must see destination!
