Great place for a stroll, especially with young children. Will hold their interest for a few hours. Could use a concession for refreshments without having to leave the park. It sucks that it is closed off for Cub ball games. Cubs games are way over...More

This is a park next to Sloan Stadium, spring training site for the Chicago Cubs. The open park has a large playground, paved walking paths, cooking grills, and a large pond with water fowl. Nice place with plenty to do with the family.

Trails are all sidewalk primarily for walking. A better place for biking is usery mountain regional park. But it has a fee to get in. It is huge though.
